Michael is a high integrity, true professional. He called me back within 90 minutes. But, did he stop at that? No, not this professional. I gave them a call and they had my part in stock and cheaper than online sites. Customer service was friendly and laid back, definitely not politically correct... but sometimes that's refreshing. Was staying with my cousin when her fridge went out she of course has one of those new computerized…read more fridges so she called one place and they told her it would be $3000 to fix her expensive fridge. She then called Affordable Appliance and the technician Fred was great! He not only fixed the fridge but it only cost a little over $400. Honesty is a rare quality to find and Fred was quick and lucky for us he had the part on hand and we didnt have to wait nor did my cousin have to basically junk her expensive fridge to buy a new one.
