Heard about this spot from an electrician friend. Long story short- I'm glad I checked them out…read more.. it's a hidden gem thatll save The do it yourself we a ton of money! I gave them a call and they had my part in stock and cheaper than online sites. Customer service was friendly and laid back, definitely not politically correct... but sometimes that's refreshing. A throwback to how things use to be everywhere before so many got bent outta shape over nothing... I digress. The counter folks were helpful and informative, didn't upsell me on garbage, and made sure I had everything I needed to make the repair. We talked about what could be the cause of failure for the part I was replacing. That helped me realize maybe I should change another integral part out as well, which they had readily available at a great price too. It definitely wasn't an upsell as I was trying to determine the initial cause of the failure. Their explanation made me realize that I'd rather not chance another failure if avoidable. Overall, a dying breed of a business selling replacement parts needed to repair all those appliances with planned obsolescence. Why spend hundred$$$ on replacing the whole appliance when you can spent $10-20 and a 1/2 hour of the day and be up and running?!?
