Was asked to reschedule but, this cleaning was scheduled to happen the day before our guests were to arrive. The owner wanted to reschedule while our guests were here. Quite frustrating that I wasted a week counting on this service and could have spent that time finding another provider. Not to mention the $48 spent boarding the dog today to keep him out of the way while the house was being cleaned. Extremely inconvenienced and unprofessional. Leana has such a friendly and pleasant personality and is an extremely hard worker. Leana was first scheduled to come from 10-3 but stayed until 5 (extra fee). She cleaned every room carefully, cleaned my fridge, oven and changed all my sheets. Leana brought her own cleaning supplies and Dyson vacuum. She tells me the first cleaning is way more expensive than subsequent cleaning and begins to let me know add-ons such as tidying up/organizing is extra. I bite my tongue and agree. She tells me she will meet me at a specific time and I agree. The day of the cleaning comes and the morning of she begins to tell me she will be a little late like an hour. Again, I give her some grace and tell her it is fine as I have taken some time off from work in preparation for the cleaning. She ends up being 2 hours late but that is not the most shocking moment of this severely bizarre and unprofessional service. She shows up to my door two hours late. Takes one look at me in disgust as if she has never seen a black person before. I show her around the house. She then proceeds to lie and say she has to get more cleaning things from her car and then drives off. I have never felt so embarrassed in my life neither have I experienced such unprofessionalism. I cannot help but to have lived through this humiliation but let this be a warning for anyone else trying to book with this cleaning service. I wish I could give zero stars. She says I had a picture on care.com but it was just my name so I do not know where she even got my picture from. Any comment she has provided below is all in an effort to cover up her shameful behavior.

I heard something else in my attic they came with a drone found the whole immediately on the other side of the house and promptly fixed it. I couldn't be more thrilled at how quickly they responded to my small job versus the big jobs that they're used to getting. I appreciate that they took my nervousness about having these creatures in my attic. Seriously I thanked them 100 times.

His crew was already in the neighborhood and showed up just a few hours later. They safely took down all three trees (including a full stump grind on the big one near the house), removed a giant heavy branch hanging toward our roof from the utility tree, and trimmed two others. Everything was done professionally with great care around the house, power lines, and landscaping. They clearly know what they're doing and worked efficiently -- the whole job only took a couple of hours. The price was very fair for the amount of work and the risks involved.
