I normally pay $60 for a fill WITH design at my normal salon. I will NOT be back. I only went here today because my normal nail tech does not availability until next week and my nails were looking crazy. Also, the salon was in various states of disrepair. The furniture is cracked and looks super run down. I would not recommend coming here unless you like being overcharged.

This was their first time getting waxed. They refused to let me (the mother) go into the room with them. They even called the manager to ask and she refused and said no exceptions. That is crazy!! You'd think for liability issues, they'd especially welcome a mother in with her minors. We had to cancel the appointments as I, nor my daughters were comfortable to go in by themselves. INSANE that they refused to let a parent go into a space where my daughters would have to take off their clothes!!!!

I reached out to Kechia, and she assured me she would coordinate with my technician to complete the process. However, that was nearly a year ago, and I have not heard back from her since. I'm very disappointed with how things ended--despite the promising start, the lack of follow-through and communication has been frustrating.

Kechia recommended nanoblading to cover this previous work and I was happy to take her recommendation. Everyone always wants to know about the pain level. I have a number of regular body art tattoos and I do not think that cosmetic tattooing feels the same. The needle feels thinner and scratchier, almost like a cat is bored and lackadaisically scratching at your eyebrows. Luckily the numbing agent they use after the first pass made it so I didn't feel a thing. Overall, I think it's very tolerable, and the results are worth it. During my touch up appointment we ended up having to go a bit darker in terms of color because the pesky red from my old cosmetic tattoos was fighting to show through. Luckily the touch up did the trick and those suckers are finally covered! Hooray! I had several friends and coworkers who noticed something was different right away and asked what kind of makeup I was using to get my brows so perfect. ;) My new brows were worth every penny. I can't recommend Kechia and Brows & Co enough!

I generally get facials done at my local med spa, however I will definitely incorporate Oja's into my routine. She addressed all my concerns such as acne and hyperpigmentation. I've been getting Brazilians for the past 6 years. This place is RUSHED. You will be expected to strip while the esthetician is in the room and you will get dressed while she's talking to you. The esthetician only talks to you about waxing, not super personable. Nothing there to make you comfortable. No pillows or decor or conversation. The entire time I was there took 15 minutes. She didn't let me check to see if everything looked good. So, you're just guessing what to tip. After, they force you to book your next appointment. I guess to make you come back. But personally, I'm not sure that I will. I'm already uncomfortable being spread eagle naked for a stranger, but nothing about this place made it any easier. Staff was vaping at the side of the building. Yelling you can hear from the room you're getting waxed in. Esthetician talking at the speed of light about your hair growth pattern. If you're fine with being treated like a cash cow, this is the place.
