If I could give negative stars, I would…read more I've been coming to this establishment for almost 13 years. I don't know if ownership changed somewhere along the way, but the quality has declined drastically over the last 8-9 years. I am a licensed massage therapist with nearly 20 years of experience, so I do know the difference between proper bodywork and poor technique. In the early years, this place was a great find and very convenient to where I live. But over time the staff changed, and with that, so did the quality. After several disappointing sessions, I stopped coming. Every now and then I would give it another chance, hoping to have an experience like before--and every time I left frustrated, with no relief, and upset that I wasted both my time and money. Last night was the confirmation that this establishment has lost my business forever. The therapist who worked on me clearly did not know what she was doing. Her nails were too long, her touch was rough, and she repeatedly left the room during the session for no apparent reason. She only worked one side of my upper body, and when I politely asked her to address the other side she insisted she already had. After voicing my concerns, the massage did not improve--in fact, it felt like she became irritated and intentionally applied pressure in a way that caused pain, not relief. I woke up feeling significantly worse than when I walked in. This was NOT normal post-deep tissue soreness. I am now having to get acupuncture to reduce the neck inflammation she caused by massaging toward the cervical spine rather than away from it, as well as inflammation in my forearms and hands due to improper directional technique. These are basic fundamentals that any trained massage therapist should know. It's possible there are competent therapists here--but after my experiences, along with my husband's and a close friend's negative experiences over the years, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone who actually understands or needs proper massage therapy. I'm not writing this to attack the business--this is constructive. If you want loyal, returning customers, then the therapists must be properly trained and evaluated. Not once in 13 years have I ever been asked about medical history, injuries, or allergies--basic questions expected in any professional massage setting to ensure client safety. I'm officially done with this establishment, and I hope this review encourages improvement for the sake of future clients.

These are the kind of massages that hurt when you get them but feel better the next day! Xixi does have alot of strength to her hands so if you want a less string massage let her know. Prices have gone up some recently but its worth it.

I rarely leave reviews or complain, but management seriously needs to improve both training, and…read morehiring standards here. I'm a manager myself, and deal with over 700-800 people a day so I fully understand everyone has off days. But customer service should always still feel welcoming and professional, Especially while paying premium prices 1st, the booking of the massage was quick easy and efficient. So credits there 2nd, the massage itself, I would say was bad/Below average. Not what I wanted in terms of therapeutic, or deep tissue. I understand deep tissue massages involves firm pressure, but they should not feel painful or leave someone feeling injured afterward. She actually hurt my lower left back, and left a small bruise on my bone. I left feeling exactly the same as I came in except feeling sore in a bad way. For almost 90 dollars before tip, don't waste your time coming here. I also found out afterward they offer a 45-minute option, which was never mentioned on the phone. I was only told 30 minutes or 1 hour. Customers should be given all available options upfront instead of partial information. And 3rd, she got visibly upset that the Tip wasn't "big enough" and told me "sir, the minimum has to be 20 percent", then she grabs the sign where the prices are, turns it around where there's words on the back, and as im reading the first sentence or two she quickly turns the sign back around so I couldn't read it at all. Seems to me like she forgot about the customer experience, and there was a reason I put the tip as I did. But because I felt like she really needed the money I changed it , and gave her 20 percent or at least close to it. A few extra dollars won't hurt me , but it's more so the principles. Coming from someone who is a manager, and received a bad service that ends up costing well over $100 total, these are what you need to focus on as a business. If these can't be fixed, it's time to start letting people go. -Customer experience -service quality -Communication -Professionalism All need major improvement. I Will not be coming back here again.
