I was thrilled with the results and the procedure was painless. After that, with every beauty tech I've seen, the product stung at least a little, and at one place in Boulder it straight up HURT, and the woman doing the procedure acted like it was nbd (and also didn't remember from the other time I'd seen her what my curl preferences were). I have learned through experience that the right beauty tech makes a HUGE difference. Brooke Millette has done the best job of any beauty tech I've ever seen and I will never go anywhere else. If/when she leaves Lash & Co in Longmont I will be SO sad. She is the absolute best and I cannot recommend her highly enough; she is absolutely gifted at what she does. With COVID the staff collected my name, number and temperature and then had me fill out the once a year new client paperwork. It was about 5 electronic pages and completed quickly. My appointment started and Jessica was very informative about what I would be experiencing. I felt comfortable and heard. My lovely boyfriend arranged for me to have the Hydrofacial (medical facial) with dermaplaning, UV light treatment and an Immune Boost IV!!! This is the tip-top package of the facial experience. My man is a keeper, that's for sure! During the process Jessica took the time to explain what she would be doing next and each step was so satisfying! This amazing experience also included a hand paraffin wax treatment!
