Now, I had to go through all of the rigmarole of unlocking my medical spending account that was locked by Sage Dermatology for non payment- a payment issue that they caused! All appointments have been on time and Dr. Ecker has explained everything to me in great detail and makes sure I understand all of it. He also has a good sense of humor and makes the patient comfortable. He does not offer the most expensive type of care there is. He is very good at making sure you can get his medicines easily and efficiently, even if he tells you to go to a retail store and buy off the shelf. I highly recommend Dr. Ecker and Sage Dermotology for all your skin care needs!

While I get that he might've had a busy day, it didn't really feel like he was fully listening to my concerns, which was quite disappointing given the money I have to spend out of pocket towards my deductible ($100+ for what was a ~5-10 min appointment).
