It's like the universe was looking out for me and guided me right to her because I have NEVER looked better! She took time to explain everything she was doing and how the overall look would settle in. She did my Botox and lip filler, assuring me that I would look great on my big day. She had answers to all of my questions and helped me choose the best package for me. I ended up getting the full body package during the 65% promotion, and it was SO worth it. Five weeks later I had my first laser session with Fatima. She explained how easy the process was and I immediately felt confident in her. I have tattoos and so does she, so I asked her to compare the pain level. She was spot-on tattoos are maybe a 7, and laser hair removal was maybe a 2, or a 3 in the more sensitive areas. I had pretty much everything done except my arms, armpits, legs, and face. The process was incredibly simple, and Fatima was so kind and knowledgeable. Overall it was an amazing experience. Every staff member I've met here has shown incredible hospitality. I'm actually the GM of an extremely high-volume restaurant in an airport, so I have very high standards for customer service and I was blown away by the team here at Milan. Thank you Tracy, and thank you Fatima, for being excellent at what you do. I can't wait for my second session! P.S. If you're curious about my hair type and how well it worked: I have Italian roots and very thick, long, black hair. Sometimes I would have 2-4 hairs growing from the same follicle, which was incredibly annoying. Shaving was a nightmare and I dealt with lots of ingrown hairs and irritation. After just one session, I can already say my hair regrowth is down about 25%, and some areas haven't grown back at all (very small patches). From ONE session. I understand everyone is different, but wow this really works. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

My most recent time, I waited an hour! What's even the point of having an appointment???
