We went for a consult and the staff really made us feel comfortable. They took X-rays and measurements, then we met with Dr George and she made her recommendations and shared her plan and timeframe for how long he would need to be in braces. We booked our appointment that day and met with someone who discussed payment plans and options with us. We left that visit with everything we needed, what a relief. I had braces when I was in middle school and I too was a patient at this office. I was impressed with how this office has kept up to date and current with what's relatable and important to kids today. It had all of the familiar comforts of kindness and care I remember, plus all the things that makes it "cool" for kids to have braces today. I knew we were in the right place. They have a kid friendly portal with games and trivia on it and let you earn and track points to redeem for gift card prizes. This has been a motivating tool for my son and because of this, he's excited to go to his appointments and share his progress with the staff.

She never rushed me and always offered a comprehensive explanation and answered all of my questions. Her office staff was extremely helpful - especially if I was running late for an appointment. We initially visited three different orthodontists when my son was advised by his dentist that he would require braces. All agreed that he needed to begin treatment but only Dr. Karasko's office would work with us to maximize our FSA plan by invoicing us throughout my son's treatment (as opposed to one full invoice at the start of treatment). This was very valuable. The cost estimates among the different orthodontists was similar, but the invoicing throughout treatment and our ability to use FSA money during two different years made the cost at Karasko's office significantly less.

My son got his braces put on and a pallet expander. They explained how to crank his expander nightly and they have done a great job with helping teach him how to really clean his braces. They answer any and all questions or concerns you may have without hesitation. They accept credit cards, most dental insurances, and even offer payment plans on dental work. She treated my 15-year-old daughter for small, first-time cavities and repeatedly abandoned her mid-procedure--leaving her wide open in the chair to jump to other rooms. She then performed the work completely unassisted without a dental assistant, rushing the process. This shoddy care caused severe nerve damage. My daughter was left in severe pain for over a month. We brought her back twice to fix it, but Dr. Tariq was dismissive and aggressively rude. Her behavior was so hostile that her own dental assistant had to tell her she was being rude and needed to listen to us. I asked for the office manager to call me to report this behavior, but management completely ducked my calls. We just left an independent dentist for a second opinion, and my daughter now needs an invasive root canal and a crown on the exact teeth Dr. Tariq worked on. The specialist informed me of and showed me all the puss, bacteria and infected particles under my daughter's 2 fillings!! Completely unacceptable treatment of a teenager. Avoid this clinic and Dr. Tariq at all costs. She should not be practicing as a dentist.

There are so many better places to go! They are a bunch of hacks that probably didn't get their degree in America. No empathy, professionalism or regard for how medical procedures should be done. This place should be shut down!!
