The person at the front desk was so patient and professional, the office was clean and had a great atmosphere and aesthetic, and Mikey, our piercer, was so wonderful! Mikey's work space is decked out in the coolest The Nightmare Before Christmas theme, which happens to be a movie my daughter had a brief obsession with not that long ago, so she instantly was so relaxed considering she was about to have her ears pierced! She was very excited but also expectedly very nervous, but Mikey explained every step so she knew what to expect and it was so quick and over in a flash she didn't even flinch! She absolutely loves her new pierced ears and is looking at them in the mirror every chance she gets. Minimal redness and swelling so far, Mikey gave us some after care instructions and the World's Best Business Card. Little details like that just show that this person loves their career and invests in themselves, and that's a person you can trust to give your kids, and yourself, the best possible piercing experience and outcome. First - the space is so comfy. The waiting room is cozy and the room where you actually get the tattoo done had everything you could need, homey touches but still extremely clean. My tattoo is a tribute to my late daughter who I recently lost on October 5th which is two of her flowers that she had tattooed on her hands along with an xbox remote control, which is something in common we always shared, we always played video games together.
