Good no frills Mongolian. Went on a Sunday right after opening place was clean and staff was friendly. Lacks a huge selection of sauces. Veggies and protein are adequate for the price. I liked that they asked me about hot sauce as they were cooking it as well as using Mongolian sauce instead of a whole lot of water while cooking. Very clean i was worried about the meats getting mixed together or the veggies getting mixed together because it is a self serve you choose what you would like in your bowl and they didnt disappoint the young lady kept checking on them making sure everything was in place the veggies were all fresh lots to choose from . The cooks do a great job cooking the food just right not to soft nor mushy noodles . I also like that they will clean there cook tops if your allergic to any previous sauces someone had used on there food .prices were very reasonable. read more

Do not order the strawberry lemonade. Strawberries are moldy. I didn't but sip my drink and tasted mold and was still expected to pay for it. The hostess argued about me paying for it. I advised her to toss her so called fresh strawberries out and not to serve them to anyone else. read more

Horrible service ever since they switched owners the noodle's are alway's dry and DO NOT EAT THERE Pineapple after they cook them the taste Old and sour and they smell moldy also I called to let them know and a man that was Mexican and that is 5'7 and is 24 years old did not even care and he hung up on us and he did not even bother to refund us even though we stayed calm the whole time I just hope the next person who see's this review just goes to the one on court street the are supper friendly offer good advice on how to make your bowl and they have a loyalty card and keep everything clean. read more

Make sure to look at the review dates and find the most recent to get an accurate picture of quality, this place changes owners a lot That being said, I can only give the new management 2 stars. This place used to be my absolute favorite in the Tri-Cities. I went in recently though to see that it had changed management, and I was sorely disappointed in our food. I have two big points about our experience: 1. The plus-side of things is that the place seemed a lot cleaner than when the previous owners ran things. You know when you walk into a restaurant and everything just seems greasy? That's how it used to be but it looks like they've cleaned up a lot. If I had just walked around and not eaten anything they probably would've gotten 5-stars. 2. The food. The food selection was exactly the same as it's always been, and I've seen 3 owners come and go from this place. That's not the issue. The issue was with the cook. Once I piled my bowl high of meat, veggies, noodles and sauce, I took it over to the huge cooktop and...watched the gentleman cook my food in about 1.5 minutes. And then I watched 4 more people go through the line and he "cooked" the food in the exact same amount of time. Bottom line, this place gets 2 stars because my food was ridiculously undercooked. My broccoli was still raw, noodles were not soft and full of flavor, and when I got to the bottom of my bowl it was half full of the sauce that hadn't been allowed to cook into the food! Because of that everything tasted somewhat bland, and a step up from al dente. Hopefully it was a fluke. If I go back and things are better I'll change my review. read more

When was the last time a health inspector came through?! I've given this place a try or two...never to be happy. I LOVE Mongolian BBQ but there's much better places in town to get it. Food looks and tastes like its sat out for awhile (like days), service is so-so, and the place is in dire need of a face lift. To top things off, it's pricey! If I could leave zero stars I would. This is not only by far the worst Mongolian place I have ever been to, but it is also the WORST customer service I have ever received. Everyone in our party filled medium bowls and went to go have them cooked. One person in our party filled it a little high. I get it, you got to charge extra. But when the cook sees it, throws it on the grill, then tells the woman working the register something in Spanish then goes back to "cooking" and when asked he said "it's an upgraded bowl" INSTEAD of before throwing it on TELLING HIM "hey this is too much food, so it will be upgraded". THEN the two women in line behind us had medium bowls, way overly full way more than our party member, and he didn't upgrade them. Not only that but we had to get up and look around after that for someone to get us something to drink. Then we wanted the rice and soup THAT COMES WITH A BOWL they acted like it was the worst thing in the world and were trying to bring one small bowl and one small soup. We ran out of our drinks and never once got offered refills. Not only was the customer service bad, but they do not know how to cook Mongolian. They spray water all over the grill while cooking so all of your sauces get washed out and the noodles end up disgusting. Not only that but the workers went into the back and were talking trash about us, came out to the front and stared at us while we were eating and continued to talk trash and made our whole party feel uncomfortable. We decided to have pho here tonight with our family of 6... no menu the server asked if we wanted chicken beef or shrimp so we ordered 2 shrimp and 1 chicken...server came back and said they only had enough for 2 bowels... so we ordered 2 shrimp and and all shared...when the pho came it smelled strong and there were small shrimps that looked like shrimp out of a cup of noodles..no flavor thankful they had sauces to add to it. When we got to the car my husband told me it cost 22.00 for 2 bowels of what was like water with noodles in it and we all only ordered waters to drink... DONT eat pho here... the Mongolian BBQ looked good though... I hope we don't get sick later... a cup of noodles takes way better and is way cheaper... read more

I used to go here a lot, but I moved away 3 years ago. Now that I'm back it's got new owners or something, new people run it from when I used to live here. Everything seems set up the same except the food selection has gone down, and the quality. The couple that run it now have a small child that screams and runs around every time the bell chimes when the door opens. He runs around the food and is an all around an obnoxious child. The father was laying on the floor (I'm assuming taking a nap) behind the flat grill thing until I walked up with my bowl and only moved and got up when the guy manning the grill had to walk around that way. (bless that poor grill hand, he's nice at least). I'm assuming the woman runs the front of the house mainly, but she is never out front. She comes out only when she hears the door or when she's made to bring drinks or soup and rice. Speaking of the soup, it tasted like they scooped water out of the toilets and is bland. I tried it when I first got it, but then decided to give it another shot before I left and it had started to congeal. The 'lady' also speaks so quiet it's hard to hear then gets an attitude if you ask her to repeat herself. Also the new 'teriyaki' sauce they use on the grill is weird tasting. It also glazes all the food in this sticky syrup like sauce. I don't think I'll be back here... I miss when it was good and clean and delicious. PS. They let us come in when they definitely could have turned us away like other restaurants have done to us so close to closing time. We were on a long road trip and were craving a teriyaki bowl and some pho. It seemed like they had already cleaned everything but let us get food any way and were very nice about it!
