From the start, it was obvious that she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. What we experienced went far beyond our expectations. Michelle came to our home prior to our trip to meet our cat, pick up our key, and review our very detailed care and medication instructions. During our trip, she sent us daily texts with thoughtful updates on everything she did, from administering medication and cleaning the litter box to playtime and treats, along with the most adorable photo collages from their time together. Our cat can be a bit of a diva and is usually slow to warm up to new people, but he took to Michelle surprisingly quickly, which is rare for him. Traveling can be stressful when you are worried about your pet, but thanks to Michelle, we were able to truly enjoy our trip without any worry at all. (She told me it was not a shave, but my dog's hair is not longer than 1/4 inch right now. From my perspective that is shaving, I am sorry. It's just common sense). Sky is the most sweet and playful dog ever, thanks to these people now she doesn't wanna eat, doesn't wanna go out... all she does is lay down on the corners and look depressed. I can't say enough how aggravated I am with this place. What you did was brutal... My pet sitter was Connie and I have to say she was absolutely amazing while taking care of my two cats, one of whom has some medical conditions that require daily administration of several medications. Connie let me know frequently how my cats were doing by text or sending pictures (I was really missing them a lot) and I know she loved on them whenever she visited. All medications were administered and my cats were both in perfect health upon my return. I would also like to compliment Andrea Sallfrank, the owner. I love a practice that sees you on time, gets you in and out and doesn't waste time. My big girl was weighed, fecal and heartworm tested, vaccinated and cuddled (her fav part).
