When we first interviewed Bobbie she immediately put us at ease, showed us her licenses and other credentials. Explained her policy of getting clearance with our vet's office to transport our pets in an emergency. This was particularly important to us because one of our cats is a special needs geriatric senior, who needs meds twice daily. Bobbie set up a meds chart for us to see along with her daily visit log, which documented the times and frequencies of her visits. I was able to drop Milo off around 12:30 and he was ready at 2. The receptionist was very welcoming and polite. She took her time taking Milo back since he was nervous.
