My first time there. It was a Sunday night, they close at 7:30pm. I called at 6:30pm and they said it was fine to come in at 7:00pm. Girl, when I tell you they WENT IN. I never tried the cat eye effect and they are the best nails I've had. This picture is almost a week later so you can see how well they sealed the cuticle line. He really took his time with my nails I was so impressed. It was my first time in there. A little bit of a language barrier but I was able to understand his recommendations for me. My nails turned out sooo perfect. When I get a gel mani or acrylic places never massage my hand or put a hot towel and he did BOTH! Only downside was it was super cold in there lol but he put a heater right next time . That was so nice of them! read more

The nails look only alright, too bulky for my taste. The nails were shaped good, but it took a while to get there. My Pedi was thorough, but the lady kept twisting and pulling on my foot. First visit here: I called the morning I needed the appointment for a mani/pedi. Ty enthusiastically answered the phone and asked if I could come in at noon. When I arrived a few minutes early, Ty greeted me with a big smile, and asked if I'd like a drink while I waited, as he was helping someone else with a manicure. I waited 30 minutes but I didn't mind. He was the only person working that day. Ty did a beautiful job with my (chrome) mani and pedi. As soon as i walk in my regular person waived at me and was getting ready to do my pedicure. I walked in w/o an appointment shortly after they had opened and was told the wait would be about 30 min. I wanted a pedicure and a full set put on. I didn't even wait but 15 minutes and was told to take a seat for my pedicure. I was very impressed with it as they use a sugar scrub not only on your feet but on your calves as well. And they also used hot stones. Monica, who is the owner, worked on my full set nails and cut them just how I wanted them. Every one there was nice and friendly. I paid $70 for both services which I think was reasonable compared to other places I have been to. I will definitely be back. read more

Well my experience started off great here and quickly turned into a not so pleasant one. I came in about 10:30 on Sunday. Nam who I see is the owner was super nice and friendly. I asked her if there was walk ins and she said yes. I requested a acrylic set and pedicure. Nam started off doing my acrylics at the time there was one other person getting a pedicure. When it was time for my pedicure I went over and I didn't get the name of the lady but she did a wonderful job on my toes and was also super nice. I asked if I could also get my eyebrows waxed she told me that her and nam did waxings. At the this point there was 1 other person in the shop. What I didn't like was that Nam tried to upscale a pedicure and pressure me. Well after my pedicure was done I went back to Nam so she could finish painting my acrylics at this time there was about 4 people in the shop wanting services and I quickly noticed they were backed up and not being honest with the wait time. My trip turned unpleasant when I noticed how Nam was rushing to paint my nails. Something told me to cancel the eyebrow wax but I went with it anyways and I wish I would of listened to my intuition. She rushed my eyebrows completely leaving chunks of hair not shaped at all. If you get your eyebrows done you know the steps and know that after the wax they usual go in with tweezers for the hairs left behind .. well she grabbed the tweezers brought them to my eyebrows and didn't pluck anything. I couldn't see well in the shop and when I stepped outside I said oh no ! I went back inside and asked if she could fix them. Well her fixing them was not much at all. I looked in the mirror so disappointed I told her I had a good experience when I first came in but she completely ruined it by trying to rush my nails and my eyebrows ! I asked for coffin she did them square, my nails are bulky and feel so heavy, the color sucks! she cut my finger without saying sorry then bill me for $65! I was so pissed and I want them done again.
