If this review were only about the technicians, it would be much higher. Unfortunately, the ongoing issue is scheduling and management. I always call ahead to book an appointment, but when I arrive there's often an excuse as to why I can't be seen on time. I'm frequently asked to wait an extra 20-30 minutes sitting in a chair, even though I had a confirmed appointment. It feels like the salon is consistently overbooked and understaffed. I don't think the staff is at fault they're clearly doing their best--but as a client, it's frustrating when time isn't respected. When you schedule an appointment, you expect to be seen close to that time, especially when you plan your day around it. I'm sharing this in hopes that management takes a closer look at how appointments are handled, because the team here really is great. Better scheduling would make a big difference.

I went and got medication from my podiatrist first, but it was taking too long to work and gave me side effects so they worked their magic on me. First, they shaved them completely down and did an overcoat of acrylic. After a few months, the acrylic came off, and my toes were as good as new! Vicky is very friendly and accommodates me whenever I need an appointment. If anything chips or brakes, they fix them immediately when I walk in.
