3D diamond nails?? More like 3D murder nails Avoid Hannah at all costs! She passes you to one of her pedicure to start you while she has 3 clients waiting to get their nails done by her. Hannah will cut your fingers instead of your nails. And she will still charge you for the service. She will also talk crap about you in another language to her husband and staff if you ask her questions or concerns about your nails! So I will start by saying I don't usually leaves review but felt like this one was very necessary. I will start by saying... I was referred by a friend. I scheduled an appointment with Hannah. I did have a previous set that needed to be removed. As we started she was yanking the nails off at full speed without consideration if and how bad it would hurt me. I've had nails removed before and My previous guy is always very gentle.... Well one of my nails cracked and was bleeding even after that she still continued to be so rough... I didn't quite understand the need or her to rush though that process... I was most definitely hurting and she was aware. Once the nails were off I was convinced I did not want to continue because of how inconsiderate she was while removing my nails so roughly and after one of my nails had a cut in between (had to do with the way she removed it. I was bleeding (mind you all my nails were throbbing because of how "rough" she was) I told her I didn't think I wanted a set, she grabbed my hand said no and mumbled some words and continued.. **majority of the time she was mumbling ** I was in disbelief, I was in shock I did not say much. One thing I did understand that she said was it will look just like the picture "pretty" I will insert all pictures as well as what I asked for*** I asked for something simple because it was my first time with her and I like to see the quality of work first. I was so extremely disappointed with my results, some nails are thicker then others. Bubbles + bumps I scratched my arm and scratched through my skin because all my corner nails were so dangerously sharp. I've been to many nail shops in palm desert / Palm Springs area and this by far is my worst experience. It's unfortunate I did not have the same experience my friend had. I was looking forward to have a second place I can come to when my guy is unavailable... I wish I would have stood up for myself... after talking to some friends and family they could not believe I paid full price and did not stand up for myself.... I did leave a $2 tip because I just did not have it in me to leave $0 but I really wish I would have NOT paid and stood up for myself.... 0/10 do NOT recommend! :-( Nothing is worse then a BAD SET. read more

How this place is on El Paseo is beyond me. Twice in a row I've paid over $80 dollars for a gel mani and pedi and the gels start cracking and falling apart within the first two days. And when I go to get them fixed both times she just painted over the cracks instead of removing the bad paint job and repainting them like I asked her to. I just got home from the salon and they are already chipping AGAIN! I guess Hanna only tries hard when her customers look wealthy. read more

This was my 3rd time at this nail spa and I received continuous bad service. Absolutely the worst nails I have ever had done, considering the price I paid.. $50!!! All of them either fell off or broke in less than 1 week! I will never be returning to this nail salon. Considering it's on El Paseo which is suppose to be the most luxurious strip in the Coachella Valley I have way higher expectations. I don't mind paying the price but I expect to get what I'm paying for -excellent service, occasional conversation and a beautiful set of nails that are quality enough to last more than 5 days. read more

I also wish I could give a 0-star​ review. Hannah ruined my nails. I had to take the file from her at least 4 times to fix what she was doing. She was extremely rough and sloppy. Just slopped on the gel builder. She ended up cutting my cuticles in 2 places which I made sure to put Polysporin on and keep clean aftewards. Then she put on the color and slopped that on too. Completely uneven and rushed through that as well. The color was old and thick and my nails weren't even dry when I had to leave. She did my whole manicure in 20 mins and then rushed off to the next client who was waiting. She didn't listen at all and is completely unprofessional with zero training. She didn't even use half of the tools on my nails my regular person does. DO NOT EVER go to this salon! read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They didn't do what I asked them to do at all, and they couldn't understand anything I said. I asked for a manicure and they didn't file, clean cuticles, or prep my nails at all. And they hurt me several times with the electric file. Horrible service and terrible listening skills. read more

I have been following Hannah (nail technician) and her sister Kim (permanent makeup and lash) for over a year now. They are the absolute best in the desert and very reasonable and competitive with their prices. I don't get any extravagant designs on my nails, but ladies if you love designs, Hannah is definitely advanced and most up to date with her skills and techniques. Kim as well. The new salon is very beautiful and clean. My biggest pet peeve is when one nail technician is tending to, too many people at once. This is not the case here.
