This is the same business as The Nail Gallery. Don't go to either! I was excited to find a place that does hard gel nail fills. But I noticed right away after sitting down how unclean the entire space was. Nail dust covers just about everything. During my fill, there was never an attempt to wipe away any of the dust from surfaces. I had a morning appointment, so I had to wonder when the last time was that they had cleaned - including the gel lamp - it was filthy from inside/out. I was hesitant to put my hands in it, but unfortunately, the only way to turn it on is to place your hand on the bottom surface of the lamp (so I had to touch all of that muck sitting on the surface). As for my nails themselves - the gel was sloppily applied and not evened out. I was expecting the uneven surfaces to be filed down during the finishing process, but most of them were left uneven and lumpy. In all of the 20+ years I've been getting gel nails, I don't think I've ever had a manicure that looked so unprofessional. I could have done better myself. read more

A friend suggested this place to me and I called on Wednesday and was so thankful that they could get me in the next day!!! I was also a little late because of meetings at work and they were so accommodating which made me feel at ease!! NOW to the service!!! The woman I called There to book the appointment was so bright , friendly and cool! She got me in for 9am the next morning!!!I got a fill and airbrush art . He was a perfectionist ! I was due for a mani and pedi while on vacation in Palm Springs and luckily found this hidden gem! Hannah did my nails and I'm so happy with them. I chose to do dip powder nails. You can tell she really knows what she's doing. My nails were perfect and not too thick. She really took her time with my gel pedicure as well. I have never had a better pedicure in my life. She removed all callus, I have never had softer feet!! Definitely a perfectionist. The whole experience was very relaxing. Please check them out, you won't be disappointed! He makes sure that if he isn't able to do something that I want, he let's me know but then he will find a way to do something similar and every time it's better than what I originally asked for! We were taking a client for her 81st Birthday but she was having a tough few days and after bathing her she seemed too weak to go. We had to cancel her appointment which we understood had a cancelation policy of 100% if not done within 24 hours. I was going to get a gel manicure and luxury pedicure with her so I did keep my appointment but ran a few minutes late as we tried very hard to see if she could go. When I arrived, Laurie was great staying on the phone with me to direct me in to the correct parking lot which is best to park in the back off of Belardo. Then she walked out and waived to me so I knew exactly where to go. Hannah was patient, kind and listened to everything I requested. I file my own nails the way I like them and come in with them clean and ready to polish with the exception of cleaning up the cuticles...which I find professionals are better at. They had nice music playing, relaxing. It's a casual atmosphere and only one Pedicure chair so plan accordingly. Christine was supposed to do the Manicures while Hannah was going to do our Pedicures but since our client couldn't join me Hannah did both for me. Laurie is efficient and helpful so they've got a great manager with her. She helped advise on a detangle product too. My nails look great and Hannah also helped with a botch job I tried to do on an ingrown toenail. It's now perfect and pain free. I'll definitely be back. Give yourself a little extra time to find the place since it does face S. Palm Canyon but best parking would be around the back. It's close to LG's Steakhouse. read more

I have been coming here for a year now and going to see Hannah every 2 weeks to get a fill. I never had an issue with my nails as she always left them looking great. However this last time I went she was in an awful mood and I asked her to fix something on my pinky nail and she responded "I'm not done yet" so I was hoping she would fix them before she got done but she never did. I left unhappy and I decided to call back and make sure she could fix them without interfering with her other appointments or I could come back the next day but I wanted my nail fixed as I did pay my money. When I went back she was very rough fixing them and told me she couldn't take my anymore that to go to a different store next time. There was another customer in there and I felt humiliated and disrespected. I apologized if she took offense to me asking her to fix them and she replied again "I can't take you anymore" as I said before I had NEVER asked her before and the one time I did she disrespected me. They are so quick to charge but I think they're forgetting the customer service they are offering. I do not recommend this place as they do not care for the state of the customer. They are willing to disrespect someone in front of other customers and that's not okay. read more
