Joe got into the car, it didn't start (note: ignition problem was draining the battery, dah!). He immediately said, "Oh, you need a new battery." He never bothered to check the cells. Told me to leave it, called me later, informed me that the car was ready and the bill for the new battery and installation was $ 190.00. No "paperwork" on the battery and no warranty. WTF?
