The wait time was maybe 15 minutes, which isn't bad at all, and the cashier was very cheerful and pleasant. The food cart is in the back of a fairly vacant lot, so there's not much to comment on when it comes to ambiance. But the pork belly sucked, and that kinda ruined the dish for me. The fatty parts weren't melt-in-your-mouth at all. They were just chewy. The skin wasn't crispy, it also was chewy. The meaty parts weren't juicy at all, they were tough. I dunno, everything about it seemed wrong. And getting the pork belly right seems like a crucial part of the overall dish.
