Okay, first, I was not in the mood for Mexican food when my roommate insisted we head to Rosita's for lunch. Second, I do not like nacho's which is also something he insisted we try. Third, Ill try anything once. However with Rosita's I will try the nachos over and over again, they were amazing!! Hand made chips, ridiculous nacho cheese, holy balls and the avocado!
