The only time I saw attendants away from the front desk or food area was when they were in the bathroom on their phones. This was my third visit, and the quality has noticeably gone downhill each time. There seem to be very few enforced rules regarding cleanliness or safety. The facility itself does have a lot of fun play areas for kids, but it's also extremely overstimulating with constant screens, loud music, crowds, and overall chaos -- especially on weekends. The pizza and food were also underwhelming for the price. Very small portions and cafeteria-quality. Party rooms are not well ventilated and after having a party of 25+ people, room smelled very badly. Overall: 3/5. Could be a great place with better maintenance, supervision, and cleanliness.

All of the girls are taken into a dressing parlor filled with what looks like 100 gowns in every color. They are sorted along the wall by color and size. Under them are princess shoes in every color too. The girls pick what they want to wear and then go tot he jewelry box to find jewels, boas, you name it. The super friendly staff the does the girls hair, makeup, and nails. They then put on a fashion show and walk the red carpet. Next, it's tea time at the heart shaped table. They eat get individual teapots of pink lemonade, crudités and tea sandwiches, pizza, and other snacks. For dessert,they get a plate of sweets. It was a wonderful experience and worth the drive!! She also assured me that she would be ordering superhero costumes for girls immediately. I appreciate her prompt attention to the matter and the fact that she was so open to hearing the feedback. We'll definitely be back!!! ******* I have now had the pleasure of attending two birthday parties at this facility and have several recommendations to improve the party going experience. As the mother of a 6-year old daughter who adores superheroes, I am saddened that they have no female superhero costumes. Instead, each time I have come to this facility, my daughter -- who doesn't like princesses -- must make the choice to either "grin and bear it" in a princess outfit or wear a superhero outfit designed for boys. This needs to change. It is 2018 and we should be empowering our girls by not limiting them to these choices. My other major recommendation is that they forgo the outdated "boy vs. girl" treasure box. This is another unfortunate ritual that furthers the stereotypes. I watched in disbelief last week as my daughter was informed that she could not have a sword because it was from the "boy box". So, instead, she settled for a consolation prize -- a tiara and wand. Again, I am all for children expressing themselves and do understand that many little girls love their princesses. I'd just like to see them further diversify their costume offerings for girls... especially given that they have so many examples to look up to now, whether princesses or superheroes.

It's almost like being in a classroom with 35 other people. Everyone has their own paint brushes, paint, easels, apron etc. which is all provided. The teacher/professional, aka artist of the night, sets up in the front of the room with a microphone and goes step by step on what colors to mix and what to paint on your canvas. Each session has its own unique picture to paint depending on the night you go. It is BYOB here and soooo much fun! You can bring snacks and wine and be merry! Such a great time for girls AND guys! There were a million things that happened on our wedding day that seemed like magic - we didn't have to stress over one single thing and were able to enjoy our time with family and friends completely, which is so rare for a wedding. (As an example, one of the bridesmaids had a dress malfunction, which was magically handled by the team without us knowing anything about it). She has such a calming presence and was the only planner who really wanted to know what I wanted for my day. It caught me off guard that she wasn't just selling me on her services the whole time like most planners but she genuinely listened. She is not just a planner; she is a talented designer and I can't even go in to the countless personal touches she thought of that perfectly reflected us, as well as our family and friends. Everything was running perfectly and our dream was about to become a reality and then COVID hit. The shutdowns started two weeks before our big day so we obviously had to cancel our wedding. In typical Jacin fashion, she never missed a beat. By the following day, she managed to rebook every vendor and our same venue only four months after our initial date. An impossible feat for a venue that is booked a year in advance! Even up until the last couple of weeks we weren't sure our wedding could be held because COVID cases were going up again. We agonized over it but Jacin continually reassured us and never made us feel bad for having the wedding, even though I'm sure she was uneasy too. It's not easy to understand the turmoil until you have been there, but we could not have gotten through it without Jacin. She thought of so many clever ideas for a COVID-friendly wedding such as colored wrist bands to distinguish guest's comfort level, monogrammed face masks, sanitizing the entire ballroom, etc. and was so patient in answering our guests emails and safety related questions. Jacin made me feel so calm on my wedding day and I never had to worry about a single thing. It was truly the most relaxing, enjoyable, amazing fairytale weekend and our guests felt so loved and taken care of. Also, her team is amazing!! They are all industry pros; most are planners themselves, so no detail was missed. Under the circumstances it was such a perfect escape from the world and we will always be so very grateful to Jacin and her team for really going way above and beyond to make our wedding weekend so perfect.
