As a place to visit? This is a great way to let kids get their energy out. For birthday parties? One of the worse venues you can choose. It's loud, it's chaotic, and there are always 2-3 birthdays happening at a time on weekends. Everyone is spread out and it's very difficult to get people together in the party room for cake or anything. I never see staff walking the floor and there is zero regulation of three and under sections. On my latest visit, much older kids were leaping off the wall into the soft play area, as well as building towers from the large foam pieces until they toppled. I was heading there with my baby and had to pass. Gets the kids energy out if you can come during the week when they have a deal. read more

For the price point, we would visit again once in a while. Today it was $8.99 for my two year old. However, I would much prefer to pay a little more and have it be more clean. A lot of the equipment looked quite tired and could do with a refresh/cleaning. My toddler had an amazing time and that is what matters. They do have various arcade games dotted around in between the bounce houses almost as if two grab the attention of the little ones, and you cannot pay per game. You have to buy a card with a set amount of credits, which often leaves you with too many or not quite enough. this style of marketing to young children rubs me the wrong way. read more

I was highly disappointed with my experience here. I brought my 4yr old daughter and her friend to celebrate her birthday and right from the start, I knew it was going to be a hot mess. It was my 1s time at one of these locations and wasn't sure what I needed to do since there was nobody at the desk when you walked in. I ended up walking to an area where you could purchase food, only to interrupt a group of very young employees who were standing around talking in order to get assistance in the front. I filled out waivers and paid $30 for 2 kids to play only to walk out after 30mins. The location is small, there were not a lot of options for bounce houses and a lot of the arcade-like games were out of order. I cannot imagine you would need to be there for more than 30mins regardless of the group size because your options are limited on fun things to do and the kids will get bored very quickly. read more

This place is way bigger than I anticipated! I brought my two year old for Toddler Thursday, he had a blast. It's like an arcade in the middle, inflatables around the edges and a jungle gym in the back. I was nervous there wouldn't be much for my toddler to do, but there were plenty of options for him. Pro Tip: bring your own socks (kids and parents), you don't have to use theirs. I wish I had brought socks for myself so I could support my little in the jungle gym. The building is a bit dated, the sign outside has seen better days. The place could use a little update but overall, the kids will have a blast! read more

Updated review My kiddo wanted to come back, so we figured we'd give this location one more try. FYI they've raised their prices- it cost me just shy of $22 for my three year old to play in the play space. There's not enough monitoring by staff. Parents were all over the play space that specifically had signage stating "no adults permitted on this attraction." The adult presence is intimidating to some kiddos, mine included. He was too nervous to use the play space because "big people" were blocking everything. I was not happy to pay almost double what we've paid in the past, but I'm absolutely willing to in order for my kid to have a good time. Unfortunately, this place isn't a safe, controlled play space for a three year old. Staff really needs to monitor these spaces better. It isn't fair for the kids. I felt so horrible when my kid asked to leave less than five minutes into our day here. We won't be back to this location. read more

Initially, everything seemed great--staff were friendly, and my kids were having a wonderful time. However, the situation quickly soured when I went to purchase drinks. I wanted to buy two drinks for my girls and an additional empty cup for my toddler, as she wouldn't finish a full drink. A young employee was assisting me without issue, but then a woman--who appeared to be a manager named Natasha--came from the back office with an unnecessarily rude and hostile attitude. Without even understanding the situation, she refused to let me purchase the empty cup. Her behavior was shockingly unprofessional, with no regard for customer service or common courtesy. I ultimately decided to request a refund (which I'm still waiting for) and leave. Her actions completely ruined what had started as a positive first-time visit. It felt like discrimination or just pure nastiness. Either way, someone with such poor behavior has no business being in a management role. Until Natasha is held accountable, I cannot recommend Monkey Joe's in Coral Springs. Customers deserve to feel respected, not mistreated. I won't be returning, and I suggest others avoid this location as well. read more

We came here a few times and my kids always liked it, so I decided to do a birthday party, that was unfortunately bashed by the "manager" before the party even started. I was shocked by the nasty and unprofessional attitude he presented, without even trying to resolve the "issue" in a positive way, just because the changes we made over the phone somehow were not in their system! Fortunately the host was great and made the best out of the situation. But this left a very sour taste, when we just came to have a good time! We were invited to a birthday party for our friends' 5 year old boy, Dexter. It was a ghostbusters themed party, complete with pizza and cupcakes. This was our first time here, and we brought with us our 21 month old daughter. She had never been to a place like this before, so we were not exactly sure what she would be able to participate in. There was a sign on their door that stated ages 1-12, so that was promising upon arrival, as we tried to search on the Monkey Joes' website for age requirements and didn't have much luck. The facility is located in a strip mall, is easy to find via GPS and plenty of parking spaces. You have the option to fill out a waiver online prior to arrival for your kids for the parties, however we as adults were instructed to sign waivers on a tablet near the check in desk. Socks are required, and ones with sticky bottoms are recommended. The inside of MJs is large, with tables and a concession area with drinks, and light snacks, several party rooms, arcade games, tons of bounce houses and obstacle courses, and even two small areas just for toddlers and smaller children. When it was time for our party to have pizza and cupcakes, it was announced over the sound system for the party to meet in the designated room. This was helpful, as it's easy to lose track of time in there with all the fun you are having! Our daughter loved the slides on the inflatable bounce houses. We enjoyed our time spent here, and will definitely consider this place for a future play date or birthday party. Let me just begin this review, by saying don't be fooled by the "Winter Park" address. The facility is in a pretty outdated plaza, which is no big deal, however this place needs a lot of TLC. Sure it is pretty affordable and for that, it's great there's a place some parents can bring their kids, but if you have other options I'd go with another choice. The bounce houses looked pretty worn and don't ever seem to be cleaned. By the small toddler area their appeared to be a major leak in the ceiling with a bucket to catch the dripping, but it was still splashing all over the chairs and what not. I honestly didn't feel comfortable taking my sons shoes off and felt like I needed a shower after being there. We only stayed for about 15 minutes because we all were not feeling it. I guess post-Covid I would have just expected more sanitation precautions especially in this sort of place. read more

Took my daughter here for her birthday. Very dirty place, it doesn't seem as if they clean often. Bathrooms were dirty, no toilet paper. 2/3 of the stalls were locked. We then attended for my nephews birthday. The room was not setup when we arrived, the package included goodie bags, they did not honor any goodie bags. The game cards they provided had $10 on them which was enough for all of two games. The entire thing was unorganized, staff was not able to answer questions about the party as if they dodged know anything about their own party policies. Not a place I'd recommend for your kids. There's so many places out there for our kids to enjoy, make this place the last one you visit! read more

My boyfriend and I took my niece here to play and burn off some energy on a rainy day. I'd never been to a Monkey Joe's before and didn't know what to expect. For the most part it's a pretty cool place for kids with a couple of downsides to consider. There are quite a few bounce houses and a couple have some pretty awesome, tall slides (I wish adults could play on them haha!) We arrived in the late morning and at that time it wasn't too crowded and many of the kids were small like the 3 year old we had with us. She was able to play and not get too overrun. She even found a friend to play with and was having a blast. Later in the day it just got too packed. There were too many older kids and my niece couldn't really play without getting knocked down or pushed past. They do have a toddler area, but of course she wanted to play on the bigger, more fun houses too. Luckily we'd been there long enough for her to have some fun before we decided there were just too many bigger kids. The major negative is the food. I would say eat elsewhere before or after. It takes a long time to come out so have an adult watch your table and keep the kids playing to avoid them getting bored while waiting. When the pizza slices came out, one was fine, one was a little burned, and one was really burned. I was disappointed they would even bring it out, but we just dealt with it instead of trying to deal with a long wait for a replacement slice. This place is worth a visit if you have kids to entertain. Just keep a close eye on your little ones (and please remind your older ones to be careful with the smaller kids too :) ). read more

Disgusting. This place should be renamed to "Pink Eye Joes". First off my son and I got there at 9:55. We were the third and 4th people in the building. And there was popcorn and food on the floor from the night before and hand prints and sticky substances on the obstacles. So clearly they don't sanitize. The carpet in the facility is absolutely disgusting. And upon using the restroom as soon as I got there the whole restroom stunk like urine and had dried pee all over the floor. Cut to the games... Some of them are held together with duct tape. No that's not a joke real duct tape. Many of them are out of order and one even dons a little message that says to be patient because it works slowly. We visited on a weekday. Parking my car, I told my child, I think they are closed- don't get your hopes up. The lights are all busted out on their sign. The shopping center has seen better days and after visiting... so has this place. Besides the intrusive smell and dirty carpeting that brought me back to an outdated musty 80's roller rink, the place looked like it hasn't seen a vacuum since the Reagan administration. Between velcroed mats separating was an accumulation of debris and a deflated balloon near the so called "toddler zone"- gross and a huge choking hazard to young kids. The actual bounce houses looked like they needed replaced five years ago and were visibly well worn. The toddler zones were overrun with older, unsupervised kids climbing over the younger kids. There's a reason they want you to check 15 boxes for liability. One star for hand sanitizer being available around the place but let's be clear- this place is nasty. I have a 20 month old and we went to try it out on a friday. It's in a strip mall which looked run down to begin with (always looks look deceiving in this case not) we walk in and there is no one waiting for us or asking what can I help you with, all the employees are teenagers and disappear very easily. The young lady that helped us was sweet and nice, my son ran off inside and I went to go after him and she told me he was okay because they have cameras (don't listen! Not toddler friendly at all) I went and got him and brought him back and we got wrist bands. We walk out into the jumping and arcade area and right off the bat it just looks like a giant storage unit rented out, monkey is creepy as hell. Almost all of the arcade machines were broken and out of service and they had hardly anything toddler friendly except for the picture I have attached and my son went in there maybe twice for a few minutes it was not interesting to him. He didn't want to go on any of the bounce houses because they have a strict no parent policy and weight restrictions so he did not get to enjoy the "experience" do not put on your website that it is for any kid under 12 when in reality it's for any kids 6 and up. Babies can not play arcade games nor jump on bounce houses that are closed off from their parents. My son was running around inside and found garbage all over the floor multiple times trying to put nasty food in his mouth and to top it off when we got done there, the next day we all ended up with norovirus (stomach flu) very unsanitary and will be reported to the health department. The teens you hired should learn to clean, wipe things down, be where they should be instead in the back goofing off or on tiktok. I came with friends and they tried to get food and even their fryer was down and the food prices are outrageous for cardboard. Will not be back at this location. It needs help. read more

No true division for kids by size or age except for signs on the dedicated toddler areas. Food isn't terribly expensive, but there are several snack options and a pizza restaurant in the same plaza along with a dollar store. This place is a great place to ensure an early bedtime lol. My son is 4 and we spent 4 hours here. It was super fun and he is definitely exhausted (which is great haha). We bought the frequent jumper membership for $100 which gives you 10 visits. My only complaint is no outside food. I don't really like that so much but it didn't seem strongly enforced so I may just bring snacks and try not to get caught. The girls that work there are super nice and friendly. The arcade games are fun. We bought $50 worth, each game is around $.75-$1.25 or so. We play 4 games each time so that way he actually jumps and gets tired out haha! read more

We went here for a kids birthday party in June 2018. My child had fun I guess but I didn't like all the games you have to pay for mixed in with the inflatables. My child wanted me to pay for the games. Nope. Just play on the free inflatables. I did like the roaming employees keeping an eye on the kids. There was a 2 year old who lost his parent and an employee was holding his hand helping him his find his parent. Cons: 1) The a/c did not seem to be working. We were all sweating and the place was packed. 2) The bigger kids are mixed with smaller kids in the inflatables. There was a small toddler area marked off. But elementary age kids were sliding/climbing with 4 year olds. This could lead to accidents. 3) The place could use some cleaning. There was some trash on the floor. 4) It was not clear when the birthday child was having cake in the room. I asked the mom but said they will announce it. The garbled announcement came on and I could not understand it it all - not a word. It was not just me. No one nearby understood it all either. I had to go look in the room to see that the group was gathering so I could go get my child. Why not post a time or name up on the cake room? Monkey Joes have updated their place. It looks GREAT! More Games...and even an oversize touchscreen flatscreen where you can play fruit ninja..MY FAVORITE! They now offer a counter for prizes you can redeem with your tickets. The best part is it is paperless, so you can purchase a card and get "bananas" which is points to play games. It is very cool, and my daughter felt as if she had a credit card and she was required to swipe to play a game. The only negatives was the people walking around with whistles.. Since they moved the bounce houses around, they failed to move the signage indicating the toddler zones. So my six year old went into a bounce house thinking it was for her age group..since we were away from the "toddler zone" and one of the young male workers went into the bounce house...clearly seeing there was only two children in it..and blew the whistle very loudly in my daughters face. It startled her and made her cry. If there is only two kids..use your words workers..Whistles makes sense if it a group. Then a new worker took my daughters card to redeem her points, but she never returned the card...she actually kept it by accident. She went back and forth for five minutes that my daughter had it, and later found out she had it. She never apologized, and I didnt appreciate the way she argued with a six year old. The manage later handled it and apologized on her behalf. He was very professional and efficient. Other Than that, they offer pizza, pretzels and ice cream and a cheap price. It is only ten dollar for the kids to get in, and to me it is worth it! I love the new look, and the new games. The facility itself is great for the kids. However don't order food if you can avoid it. It took over 40 minutes to get our pizza which was not the worst I'ver ever had but far from the best. It's mostly dough with a minimal amount of sauce and cheese. The Diet Coke and regular coke both were so weak it was like drinking soda water. Fruit punch and Powerade were also very diluted. Da bomb place to bring your kids! This is in Altamonte Springs Florida. I'm visiting my daughter and her family and instead of going to Disneyworld (strictly because of price) we found this place! The kids are loving it and so am I. The price is so reasonable... $12 for kids 3 to 12 (maximum age to play) and $7 for 2 yr old and under. Parents are free. So much for them to do! Monkey Joeys can get pretty jammed packed during the weekends but the best time to go in the weekends is in the mid-late afternoon were it slow downs a bit.
