First, they took almost 2weeks to inform me of a UTI diagnosis and it took that long to have me started on meds as well. Second, when coming in to get my Well Womman exam, i was getting lab work for genetic testing and I had to get stuck twice because the needle slipped out the 1st time causing me to drip some blood down my arm and on the floor. Lastly, when leaving my Well Woman exam I was handed my results from my lan work during my 1st OB visit, but the results weren't explained to me at all. They just handed me the paperwork and had me on my way. Like I said, i absolutely LOVE Dr. F and I wouldn't dream of changing dictors, but i hope that her staff does get better with how they perform their tasks.

All of the office staff I interacted with were very nice and friendly. Dr. Palmer did a great job removing my toddlers adenoids and tonsils, and she's been sleeping so much better.

I waited 45 minutes for someone to finally come in and then another 40 minutes for her to come in for 10 minutes and switch my birth control that I've been on for almost 3 years. She didn't explain anything to me and acted annoyed when I asked her questions. She didn't care at all and seemed like she was just snobby and rude. I guess her friends come on here and give good reviews because other places I've read she's HORRIBLE except for a few (very very few) good ones in the mix. Avoid her at all costs and find a doctor who respects your time and cares about your health.
