I was set for an appointment at 2:30 PM and I was already more than half way there when I ran into traffic. I called in and told them that I was running 10-15 minutes behind and they told me that their "auto tint system" was down and they cannot do tinting today. Why wouldn't they call me BEFORE my appointment to tell me this. Why was I the one having to reach out to only find out I wasted my time, gas, and sat in traffic just to find out they can't even do the service they said they would. Would not recommend for the lack of communication. Very unprofessional. read more

Honestly didn't pay attention to detail. I paid more for my seats to be shampooed and seems like they didn't really do anything... I got more out by using a toothbrush n some dish soap n scrubbing myself. Not sure if it's them or bc they work in a dark area but yeah. I don't think what I paid for was worth what I got. read more

I was disappointed to find that my car wasn't even being worked on by the time they had promised to finish it. When I arrived to pick it up, I saw the workers chatting in front of a dirty car. I would advise against using this carwash if you want a reliable service. To be fair the cars which were actually cleaned looked amazingly clean. read more

Got a ceramic coating and chrome delete service done. Ceramic coating service was good and they use high-quality materials, but I was very disappointed with the chrome delete service. The guy who does the chrome delete basically made it look like the wrap was just taped on and not fully wrapped in a single wrap (photos below). You can see that the cut was poor and you can still see very small slivers of chrome. And the wrap is also slightly peeling in some areas. I originally had chrome delete already but wanted to get it redone, so I went with Monkey Spa because they gave me a cheap quote of $320. At the end I asked for a partial refund because it was poorly wrapped, but I would suggest that paying more for a better service elsewhere would be a good idea. read more
