No one told us we had to specifically ask the bus driver to stop at Terminal B. When we got to Terminal C, the bus driver explained that we were suppose to notify him to stop at Terminal B. News to us. Anyway, he drove us back to Terminal B. A bit of a communication hiccup on their side. The restroom at the Airport was a nice surprise though. I wish I could remember which Terminal it was, A or B, but it was completely Zen. Take a look at my photo of the inside of the stall. Unbelievable. As you enter the restroom, soothing music is playing, and with the decor, it helps you take the stress level down a notch or two. Kudos to the designers of this airport restroom.

It's a f*cking hot mess. People all over the place, getting frustrated, not knowing which way to go; not knowing who to ask; not knowing how to proceed. WHY NOT JUST HAVE A NORMAL CHECK-IN COUNTER/line and stop the madness!?! :( It's no wonder all the JetBlue customer service team are GROUCHY AF and all of them act like they HATE their lives. Zero smiles, zero customer service and no care whatsoever. The JetBlue I knew and loved is LONG GONE...... this process SUCKS. And after wasting almost an hour just to check-in our luggage (yes, the lines were that SLOW) --the so-called "PRIORITY LANE" takes another hour just to go through TSA check. The terminals are bright and clean, the restrooms are spacious and clean, and there's a food court with lots of options, quieter restaurants closer to the gates, and Amex Platinum + Chase Sapphire lounges. To use catch a ride share, there are designated signs that lead you to a parking garage where your ride is assigned a letter and number spot (e.g. A3), so it's easy to find! LGA is one of the better domestic terminals I fly through, happy it's one of the ones I use more often :)
