A sense of soft elegance came over the room. Pat was there for every step, every detail right down to the food. Every guest commented on how wonderful the food was. There are former classrooms that are being used for dance classes, yoga classes, etc. During the summer of 2017, they have a fine art show throughout the building (all 3 levels) titled "This Great Earth". Doubtful. One of the "clean" towels set out in our room was very wet, as if it had been used just prior to our arrival. The bed had one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever slept on in my life. The staff attending to the continental breakfast were setting out an assortment of bagels, toast, English muffins with their bare hands (which I regrettably noticed after having already eaten). The second star is ONLY because of the location, which admittedly is difficult to beat. The hospitality leaves much to be desired.
