Their offices are soothing and comfortably lit--good for the whole family. My dentist and her team are very knowledgeable, welcoming and did not deride me for not getting more regular dental care. My initial visit - - and some fillings later - - proceeded on time, efficiently and successfully with no pain. I was particularly impressed with how well my dentist and her hygienists worked together as a team. Pretty impressive and it is clear that they know what they're doing and know what they are doing together and are on the same page. Confidence inspiring. If you have to go somewhere to say "aaahh," I recommend that you consider the pros here.

However, if they late cancel your appointment they aren't accommodating for a re-schedule. Unless you can re-arrange your life expect to be several months out--as in at the time of your next cleaning. As a professional myself if I have to late cancel someone due to unforeseen circumstances I make sure to go above and beyond to accommodate a re-schedule that is convenient for the person because I value the time they set aside. I got a return call at 7:15 this morning, was in their chair at 9 AM, and was done with a new crown at 11:15 AM. He has the highest skill level for technique and results. He is thorough and comprehensive in his examination and treatment. At first I was like, "wait, what? I've been getting regular care right along- how can there be so many issues that need to be addressed?" And then he started fixing them and I was like, wow, so that's how my mouth could have, (and should have been)! I've always feared and dreaded the front teeth upper gum and pallet novacaine shot, because it's a lot worse than a "pinch." But not with Dr. Jon. His technique gave me more of a slow pressure, not a painful pinch, which amazed me. And somehow he dialed in the exact amount- I had no pain at all, yet when I was done, my upper lip and nose didn't feel like I'd been punched, there was just a slight tingle that went away very shortly. The office staff is also great- appointments were handled with skill, multiple options, and accuracy. I am always greeted with warmth and friendliness, especially by Kayla. I'm just guessing here, but there might be a rule that only nice, pretty women are allowed to work there, I'm joking yet it seems to fit the observable facts. Dr Boucher and her assistants reconciled me with going to the dentist, and I am no longer scared. Not only do they explain everything, answer any and all questions I have, show me the X-rays and teach me to read them... They also have consistently been the most thorough and the most comprehensive dentists I have even been to. They truly treat your teeth and your oral health as an important part of your body health, not a separate one. Dr Boucher asked a series of questions regarding my sleep, my medications, and my work, that I was never asked before. Turns out, it was playing a role in a problem I have, and we're now able to fix it. The clinic is small but not stuffy or congested, and very comfortable. There are bright colors, plants, plenty of sunlight, and nature sounds playing very low in the background. If you have anxiety about medical and/or dentist care, this helps a great deal. If you don't, it'll still be very pleasant. Everything is extremely clean but still comfortable, and I always feel safe going there. Last but not least, the administrative workers are also friendly, never rushing me, yet efficient. Long story short: if you are scared of going the dentist, come to Dr Boucher for friendly yet rigorous, and empathetic care.
