The building looked cool, their location is close by, and their website was impressive and extremely user friendly. I managed to do the entire intake and registration process online, and that was perfect. I arrived for my appointment and found a bank of receptionists in the spacious, cathedral-ceilinged, atrium style lobby, which meant very little waiting. From what I could see, they were all very quietly friendly and efficient. I didn't wait long to be called back for my appointment, either. Michelle, who had a well-deserved award on the wall for her 13 years of excellence as a dental hygienist, cleaned my teeth. She was very down to earth and did not fill the airspace with pointless chatter, just did an amazing and very thorough job. She didn't bat an eye when I asked if the music could be turned down or changed (it was Z104 type radio, not relaxing for me at all). She just grabbed a small stool, reached up and turned the sound off on the ceiling speaker. Ahhhhh. So much better. :-) When x-ray time came, I nervously told her about my issues with that, because those things never fit in my mouth correctly. Turns out, they have this new digital thingie (sorry for the technical jargon), and it's small, no pain, and there's no film or waiting, and pow, there's your teeth instantly onscreen. Sweet! The dentist came in, and he was great too. I asked him if he was related to the other Killian dentists in town, and it turned out that he is brother to one and uncle to the other. Now that makes three Killians who have worked on my teeth over the years, and I have been extremely satisfied with all of them. Personality, humor, kindness and skill, all top notch. The billing and follow up appointment setting was painless as well, and I'm actually looking forward to coming back and getting a couple of minor things fixed. Just a great experience all around. When I arrived was warmly greeted and filled out a couple of questions on a laptop by the front desk. I only had to wait a couple minutes before I was taken to the back to see Dr. Angie. She was kind, gentle, and explained everything she was checking for and addressed any questions I had. She definitely took it any stress I had about coming in. Afterwards I saw my hygienist and left with a nice little welcome gift. What I really liked was how kind everyone was and how they explained everything to you. Plus each hygienist has their own little "cubby" with a window and bird feeder. *it's the little things*. They also provide you with plastic safety glasses and my hygienist even had tinted ones! It really shows they care about the patient here. If you're looking for a dentist I'd highly recommend this place :)

(Its not its called malpractice) and they tried gaslighting me into thinking it was okay and a normal practice. The front desk lady told me they accidentally drilled a hole in some dudes cheeck. (I also got a infection in my mouth and couldn't eat for a few days antop of nasty on and off headaches) end of the day they didn't even fix my shipped tooth properly or even attempt at cleaning it up when they did it. They hire your stereotypical "Im better then you" chicks. They ride high horses there because they have $50 scrubs on and a name tag that says their name.

Not only did Dr. Sifri fix my teeth, but years and years later they are still in great condition. I am an actor in Los Angeles and I model for several agencies out here in Los Angeles so it is incredibly important for me to have my teeth in perfect condition. After a strong recommendation from another colleague of mine I made the risk of flying out to Madison to have Dr. Sifri look at my teeth. What a successful journey it was. Again, Dr. Sifri completely fixed the damage done and did so at an incredibly reasonable price too. They are nice, informative and obviously talented. However, if they late cancel your appointment they aren't accommodating for a re-schedule. Unless you can re-arrange your life expect to be several months out--as in at the time of your next cleaning. As a professional myself if I have to late cancel someone due to unforeseen circumstances I make sure to go above and beyond to accommodate a re-schedule that is convenient for the person because I value the time they set aside. I guess I should always remember that not everyone has that same level of professionalism.

Dr Andersen and crew have always been friendly and professional. They provide wonderful care. At 68 years old, I've been to a number of dentists over the years. Dr Andersen and staff are the best! I'd like to add that yesterday an old crown that had been placed by a prior dentist fractured and chipped off. I called Artisan Dental last evening to see if I could get in today. I got a return call at 7:15 this morning, was in their chair at 9 AM, and was done with a new crown at 11:15 AM. Thank you so much Rochelle, Dr Rehermann, and Cassie for such speedy, kind, and professional service. I have no idea how people could have had negative experiences. After going at least twice a year for 8 years, I've always been treated exceptionally well. It's true the office is like a very hip spa, and the equipment is state of the art, but the most important part is the people that work there. They're incredible.
