The space is modern and very clean. They have a comfortable waiting area with different sitting areas, TV, magazines, etc. The staff is welcoming, efficient and organized. Each department works together to create a great experience (check in, hygienist, dentist, insurance, scheduling). Amazing team! They are a busy office so sometimes scheduling can be pushed out but I've always gotten a call about openings and have been able to get in earlier than expected. They have provided excellent communication and referrals when needed. I have been so happy with my hygienist. My teeth always feel so clean after. She's efficient and thorough. Dr. Brittany Bowen is awesome. She is kind, patient, and truly listens. I know she is always doing what is best for me and my health. I had to come in to be checked for any tooth or nerve abnormalities prior to a nerve disorder diagnosis and all the practitioners were so thoughtful and nice -- they didn't have to be, but it helped me personally. If you are in the area, this location is bus-friendly and there is a coffee shop in the same building if you need to do work or wait before/after appointments.

My kids are very happy with their dental hygienist, Robin; she has a special way of handling kids and they come home excited to help care for their teeth and great ideas for me to try too. Dr. Jaeger came in (it was a weekday evening) and immediately attended to him. Last week, on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, my son-in-law chipped both front teeth. Dr. Jaeger could have been playing golf, or fishing, or reading a book, or just relaxing, but...he drove in and immediately fixed the teeth. My mom's 18th birthday present back in the day was a full set of upper dentures. I have an older sibling who has dentures. Ugh. So I sucked it up and headed here upon the recommendation of my dentist to increase the upkeep on my still kinda pearly Irish chompers. Dr. Joe is a really nice guy. I did some research on him and found out he went to Harvard, which, if you mention it, he waves away as though it's nothing. He and his staff were very careful to explain everything that was going on, and what I needed to have done, while tedious, was not bad at all to deal with. They are great about keeping on you about checking in with how you are doing as you heal up. Other than it seems like most patients I've seen are at least 20 years older than me, and are being picked up after their appointments by their children while I can still drive, I am adjusting to the fact that there is no shame to getting some additional dental help. It's even kind of cute seeing all these who are around the age my parents would be if they were still around.

I adored Dr. Bruden and when he retired, I knew that he would not have sold his practice to Dr. Jean Piper if she weren't a wonderful person and a fine dentist. I can't remember how many years ago that occurred - maybe 25 years - but I remain a devoted patient of Dr. Jean, as do my family members. Dr. Jean and Rhonda, her hygienist, have set the tone for the office - grace, calm and friendliness. Yay to Dr. Ena Lee. Nay to Dr. Michael Spiewak…read more FYI, they do a new patient visit and then schedule you for a dental cleaning so you can't get it done same day. Saw Dr. Lee for my first appointment. They do a full set of x-rays here which I find a little annoying because I really think that a full set is unnecessary if no problems are found. Anyway, Dr. Lee was nice and I liked her. Then for the cleaning, Dr. Spiewak was the attending dentist (had teeth cleaned by hygienist). My dad is a dentist and I have chosen not to get my wisdom teeth removed because they are impacted but not coming in crooked but they are just hanging out under the gum. The dentist freaked out when I said that I wasn't removing them for now and he was like "OMG there's bacteria festering under there if you were my daughter I'd tell you to do it!!!" I've read the scholarly journals. There's not significant evidence that getting wisdom teeth out as a preventative measure is helpful. I've gone here for another cleaning and yet again Dr Spiewak has harassed me about the wisdom teeth. So overall, I liked Dr Lee but not the other dentist. If you choose to go here, consider saying that I referred you! We both get $20 gift cards if you're referred.
