They then charged me 5 hours labor to replace the driveshaft. There are 8 bolts holding a driveshaft on as with any vehicle. Anyone mechanically inclined would confirm that is ridiculous and extremely excessive.

We found Saltsmans on Yelp with no reviews but at least we had a phone number. I called and Will, the owner operator said bring it right in and we'll see if we can get you back on the road and that is exactly what Will and his team did. With no concern for the time or day, they took it in, ran diagnostics, drove it around to doublecheck the diagnostics, found the problem, replaced the wheel hub unit with the ABS sensors and had us on our way at 5:15. Will let us hang out with our dogs in their waiting room to get out of the heat. Will even used our CarCare warranty to cover the bill. Will and Saltsmans Auto turned our day and trip around as quickly as it had gone astray. Amazing service and the invoice prices were very fair.

They do everything! I would have never bought this type of car without knowing people that knew what they were doing and could service it and store it during the winter. I am living the dream that was mirely only a distant thought for years. We are from out of town and the tranny on our 2011 Caravan went kaputt. I took it to one shop in Horseheads and they said to take it to the dealer. In my 4th try to find someone that could help us I found Klopp's and they were able to fix it with warranty for $2K less than putting in a rebuild tranny. It's a busy shop so plan on them taking a bit of time on it but the final product is what we all want to be right.
