I was turned away for a NYS safety inspection 4 different times this past week and received multiple excuses: staffing, the system, printer cartridge. Got an oil change in geneva ny. 2000 miles later engine light comes on, code for oil psi issues. found out that the oil that was put in my truck was wrong. oil psi dropped to over half of spec. got oil change at a real garage, everthing back to spec. valvoline topped of my brake fluid and 2 days later my brake light came on, brake fluid was extrealmy low filled fluid up and went to a brake shop to look for leaks, no leaks. valvoine removed some of my brake fluid read more

Went for an oil change and the Tech did not replace my air filter correctly and it cost me $576 to get repaired and Valvoline is refusing to reimburse me! Incompetent people and horrible customer service. Next step Small claims court. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION! read more

Theres a muffler and brake store like 20 minutes away that you can go to for 19.99 oil changes that also features valvoline oil. However, they were busy so we went here. Its way more expensive(by like $20) but you get exceptional service to go along with your immediate oil change here. They suggested we buy an air filter change so we went to the auto parts store down the street, bought one, and the mechanics here installed it for us for free. Overall, very pleasant experience that shouldn't take more than 30 mins from arrival to completion. read more
