On Feb 23, 2016 it went back to Estle for exhaust leak and no heat, they discovered at that time that the front cover gasket needed replaced, cost would be $1066.00. March 8, 2016 went back because I still had no heat, and they flushed the heater core. March 21,2016 back to Estle because huge oil leak after pulling car out of garage, at that time new front cover gasket and front crank seal. April 2,2016 driving car and oil pressure light comes and car dies 70 miles from home, subsequent tow bill $155.00 back to Estle and now lower end of motor blown. Service department, so I delt with Treasa Beres, service manager, and Dave Spitler, service advisor, said they will tear motor apart and charge $200-400 to see what problem is or they can just replace my motor for $3000-$5000 dollars. So I call GM Headquarters, they call me back 48 hours later and state they cant do anything about it and that "sometimes things just happen". I've owned this car since brand new and it has had religious oil changes and has always gone to Estle for any other maintenance. Staff got very rude to me when inquiring about the repairs and concerns I had.I have been a customer since this dealership was Stan Pepple, and I feel very disappointed to get this type of service, when being what I thought was a valued customer for years.

I don't even know where to start! I fell in love with a…read morebronco Heritage edition that my husband found for me after searching. Unfortunately it was located at this dealership. The actual ease of paperwork was fine...of course it was as they wanted their sale completed but it's all downhill from there. Not even close to what I call quality service! The car had to be delivered from Ohio to Fort Lauderdale. My husband was in the car business so you can not argue with the facts on how a car should be delivered and I don't care what make or model it is. Car was delivered nearly two days past original estimated time. No problem. I can understand if a car is dirty on the outside from transportation but the inside should have been very clean! Perhaps even with a note thanking us for our business. But hey...that's only something a true professional business would do! The inside of the car was trashed. Caked in dust and dirt. The head rests of the seats were filthy and the extras covered in filthy plastic just thrown in the back. Even the inside of the glove compartments and center compartment were beyond dirty! A car is supposed to be cleaned for delivery!!! It also had an unusual smell. Not a hint of that new car smell everyone loves. We had to have it professionally cleaned and the seats took forever to get the dirt marks removed! That wasn't cheap but we paid for it. They also insisted it was cleaned! Not a chance. Then...not even one week later on a NEW car with 24 miles on it the check engine light comes on! I immediately took it in to my local dealer. After throughly inspecting the car they told me it had "critter damage" and that parts needed to be ordered and I was looking at about 1000 for repairs! I was without a car or loaner for two days and this awful dealership actually had the balls to tell me it could have happened in my possession when I live in the middle of the city in a new luxury high rise where there are no critters!!! The local service writer spoke to them and basically confirmed it was done where they had the car parked! Clearly in a dirt field somewhere! Now Jim Schmidt Ford offers to pay for 500 of the 1000 repair which is not the right the right thing to do! It was their neglegence!!! After I expressed my disappointment then a text came back from the sales person saying he spoke with his manager and "he'd pay for it" ! In my opinion that means he spoke to the manager again and he agreed to pay the full amount. I just received a check for less than 500 and here we are! Hope it's worth the bad review to let everyone know how you handle business. BUYER BEWARE! They don't care about you, the state of the car they sell you or customer service! This car was NEVER EVER inspected before shipping because the damage would have been seen and I should have never had to pay for a professional detailer! SHAME ON YOU!!!
