I then contacted Bryan and I asked if they had the 16feet Web special trailer in stock. He said he did and had two. He asked me to put a very small deposit down to hold it for me etc and I said no problem. He then made special arrangements for me to pick it up when I had a day off. That alone shows how much he cares about their customers. When I picked it up, checked out the trailer quickly and signed the paper work and we were on our way back to Western NY. I traveled about 6 hrs one way to pickup my trailer and it was worth it because of price and service alone and would have no hesitation on making that travel again to pickup another trailer.

We took our boat to Marsh Brothers. Not only did they repair EVERYTHING (including upholstery), they replaced some things better than what we had, they were in CONSTANT contact with us during the entire process, and our boat was spotless clean (just like when we bought it). Because our insurance wouldn't pay, they kept the costs low--much lower than we expected to pay. They also checked to make sure everything worked and they did all of this with a timely fashion--we still have months of boating season left! Their customer service was excellent and they did a job beyond our expectations. We HIGHLY recommend Marsh Brothers and will continue to patronize their business.

Normally this is a half hour to 45 minute job. It turned into a "cluster". After searching for parts in the jungle of parts and calling the boss for help several times the young man working on the job finally "got her done". However, the price was right and when it was finished it was done right. They actually did some small repairs at no extra charge. So there are some good and bad things about using this place. If you are in a hurry go to elsewhere! I'm retired and have a Kindle, so no big deal!
