So I don't think that would be an accurate testing plus to add onto that, make sure that you can get the AC warranty if you decide to come here (don't recommend doing so anyway). Yea I did get the warranty and I thought the ac was a part of it and guess what IT WASNT. I'm thankful for the car but they could've done better ways that I wouldn't have to go through hoops trying to figure out why and how they didn't notice it in the first place. It makes the vehicle horn, Door locks and much more not work. Bryan Ford refused to do the recall saying because I am missing plastic by the wheel that that's what is causing my electrical issues. (the components the are recalled is what is putting my families lives at risk). So replacing the fuse box is a huge job obviously so Bryan Ford refuses to do the recalled repairs leaving my family at risk of dying in the POS FORD built. You can do better Chip. When he presented the out-the-door price, he added the $500 back and then added another $1,000 fee because we were from out of town and not financing through the dealership. This fee was never disclosed beforehand. When we pushed back, he claimed it was "money held in reserve in case something went wrong," then offered to cut that fee in half. Bottom line: after agreeing to a $500 discount, the final number was actually $1,500 higher than expected. They knew we were from out of town from the start, and I've never experienced pricing tactics like this before. Very disappointing and felt dishonest. I took the vehical to my home that day. The next day less than 300 miles into owning the car not 24 hours later the check engine light came on. The dealership i bought the van from was notified via email. They asked me to make an appt with services and that they would take care of it. I took the van to them on the next Tuesday as they couldn't get my vehicle to be looked at till Wednesday following.  On Friday services called me and said they would fix the vehicle but would only cover half the cost as I didn't purchase a warrenty. The bill was quoted for 2344.89.  I feel as if this dealership has sold me a vehicle that was not in decent running condition. That they should be held accountable for the entire repair. As I haven't even been able to transfer the van into my name or sign a tittle. When I voiced my concern and let the dealship know that I was concerned about the purchase. I would like it to be fixed or my money refunded. They then called me and told me they would no longer service my van and that I need to come pick it up that day or by Monday end of day.  This is the worst customer serviced I have experienced with any dealership. No solid attempt to rectify this short coming.  There has to be a better way to solve this.

Before our visit, the dealership sent photos showing a hole in the bumper and told us the bumper would be replaced. However, the photos did not show the numerous paint chips on the vehicle, including at least one spot that was already beginning to rust. When I pointed them out, I was told that a touch-up paint pen could be used. Needless to say, I wasn't interested in trading in my well-maintained vehicle for one that was in noticeably worse cosmetic condition than advertised. Since we had already made the drive, we looked at a few other vehicles and found one on the Ford lot that had just arrived from a Canadian auction the day before. We began discussing a deal, but ultimately couldn't agree on price. I won't comment on whose bottom-line number was better, but there were several aspects of the process that raised concerns for us. First, the document fee was added to the listed price. However, when reviewing the "price details" on their used vehicles, that fee appeared to already be included in the advertised price. Second, part of their offer involved purchasing the vehicle with "no service." This was confusing because we're told all vehicles go through service. If that's true, I would expect that cost to already be reflected in the advertised price. More importantly, why would any customer want to buy a vehicle that had not been serviced and inspected? Third, when we asked what the total would be if the service was included, we were quoted $277.50. While that may be the retail price charged to service customers, it is difficult to believe that's the dealership's actual cost for performing the inspection. We were still considering the deal at that point, but things went downhill from there. When we asked whether any issues found during the service inspection would be covered, we were told, "It depends on the issue." That answer did not inspire much confidence. Additionally, even though it was close to closing time, we were told they could still complete the service inspection within 45 minutes to an hour. That seemed questionable given the importance of a thorough inspection. Finally, the salesman repeatedly told us that at his "final offer" he would only make $100 on the sale, and that he had sold another vehicle earlier in the week and also only made $100 on that deal. Whether that's true or not, that's not information that should influence a customer's purchasing decision. It felt more like a sales tactic than a meaningful part of the negotiation. After a couple more comments along those lines, my husband stood up and walked out, and I followed. We don't mind negotiating, but transparency and honesty are important when making a major purchase. Unfortunately, this experience left us with more questions than confidence.

They told me that the car they were selling me was in good shape, safe and the owners took great care of it !!!!!!. Fast forward two months and a creditable dealership looking at we found out the car was a death trap. Timing cover, engine oil pan, subframe and sway bars and struts. I called the dealership and the owner told me at least you got a couple thousand miles out of it. Didn't ask if my daughter was ok and offer any help. This people are dirt bags, they put on the sweetness to sell me the car, talking about how they love there veterans and they take care of them. I wouldn't recommend these people they have no pride in self of fellow American veterans.

I then contacted Bryan and I asked if they had the 16feet Web special trailer in stock. He said he did and had two. He asked me to put a very small deposit down to hold it for me etc and I said no problem. He then made special arrangements for me to pick it up when I had a day off. That alone shows how much he cares about their customers. When I picked it up, checked out the trailer quickly and signed the paper work and we were on our way back to Western NY. I traveled about 6 hrs one way to pickup my trailer and it was worth it because of price and service alone and would have no hesitation on making that travel again to pickup another trailer.
