Matt said absolutely and within an hour of dropping the truck off Matt had called me to tell me what was wrong with the truck. He explained he had to get parts and that it may be the next day before they could get it fixed. The next morning Matt had called me to tell me that the truck was finished. Matt also told me that if I had any issues to give him a call and he would make it right. We take our vehicles to Schultz any time we need our vehicles worked on. They are a no hassle, upfront, honest company!

I had bought the converter and two Oxygen sensors about 7 years ago, after talking with the auto shop manager at TCTC, who said he would put me on the list. I had called several times, only to get excuses. I talked to the folks at Rick's Lifetime Muffler, and they told me that they would be glad to do it. I made the appointment, and they installed it, only to find out that I should have bought four oxygen sensors. It was my mistake, so I ordered the other two sensors, and they installed them for me without charging me for my mistake. While I was there, there were many customers who were repeat customers, some who came from out of state, who used to live in the area. This is a family run business ho the customers love, and I can see why.
