Absolutely HORRIFIC. Zero urgency with anything by anyone, negligent employees are uninformed about actual products and just robots reading from a script, manager is useless, and they don't even attempt at making anything right. If you have an issue their response is "well we are human and make mistakes" and shoo you out the door. After telling someone $200 after insurance for a year of contacts, receiving 6 months, then coming back and saying it will actually be another $300 something for a full year. If any of them went to a mechanic quoting them $200 for work then saying it's actually gonna be $500 total they would be pissed off and want them to do something to make it right. By gar the most disorganized and unprofessional group! I had a 3:50pm appt. At 9:30am I got an email it was rescheduled. No calls, no text, nothing! I called, was told to just "come in anyway". Terrible experience. First started with my appointment at 4, and wasn't seen until almost 5. Then when I went to pick up my glasses there was a scratch on them. They informed me that I could keep the scratched pair for free and they would order a new pair. When I went to pick up the new pair, they refused to give them to me because I didn't have the scratched pair. Never told me that, and was never discussed. I was also told I would get a trial pair for contacts, but was never provided. I won't even ask them for it because I know there will be issues. Overall terrrible experience. Went here for convenience. Not worth the headache. Will never go back and would not recommend. There's a reason why they have a terrible rating. Beware. read more

Worst customer service, just to have the exam completed for contacts took two hours. Staff didn't have a clue what was going on. Had to order the contacts and When they came in, we had to make an appointment for contact school. Called took 30 minutes for the staff to figure it out and make the appointment. Arrive to scheduled appointment and they don't have us scheduled. Have to make another appointment since they couldn't do it when we scheduled. I came to this location to get my 7 year old son some new glasses. I was able to get a late last minute appointment, even for Saturday. The day of our appointment was impressive, the entire process was so quick there was hardly any wait time and everyone was so professional and courteous. The techs and doctors were so patient with my son! I would come back to this location in a heartbeat. It was so nice to be somewhere where they actually put the customers first. This was literally the best eye care experience from beginning to end for my son and myself. And thank you Alexis for all your valuable information! Let me start of by saying that I am TERRIFIED of doctors, and optometrists are no exception. I scheduled an appointment online - super easy process but went in feeling nervous the next day. The staff really made me feel at ease. They were friendly and made sure that you were well-taken care of. Dr. Modi was friendly and attentive as well. She made the whole process easy and painless. The receptionist helped me pick out frames and offered to give advice if I couldn't choose between several styles. I will definitely come back to this location (even though there is one closer to my house) next year. The only downside is that I have to wait up to a week for my new glasses, which I was told I would have to come back to pick up. All in all, I don't mind driving out of my way if I know that I will be treated right. I was in and out in under an hour. read more
