In fact, yesterday I went to the location and was told my glasses were "supposed" to arrive on the 25th but shipping was canceled because of the weather. I call in this morning and now I'm being told they'll arrive by February 5th. Please take my warning and avoid this location. Even if you live next door to it!

Spoke with the manager of the Loganville location schedule a new appointment agreed to pay to have his eyes examined and to pay for a new pair of glasses. Once my adult daughter in my 17-year-old son arrived after sitting in waiting 45 minutes they get to the provider who is uncomfortable seeing my child with his adult sister being there.. my child does not have any health condition conditions, any eye condition conditions, but she was uncomfortable. Sounds like pure laziness to me.. after the communicating with this location all day they knew before I had my children show up that I wasn't gonna be there. I ask why the doctor wouldn't see him. The office manager states I need to be present. I am a single mother that works on the road 90% of the time I can't show up to all doctors appointments, and the manager has the nerve to give me an example of about her children I don't care about your children. Your situation is not my situation. I asked a question. I expect the answer not a story about you and your children.. I would not recommend this place to any single mother who has to work and provide for their family, but has other family members that our adults that can get their children's to the doctor. I wouldn't suggest going here because they won't be seen because the doctor is scared. Sounds like a bunch of lazy people..
