Forgot we were coming back into ORD but leaving from MDW. Bad times for me. This cost me around $225 for parking. I argued with him pretty emphatically and he was very hostile. He then called back and apologized, so I decided to use him on the return. After all, I had $150 invested in 2 groupons. Bobby picked us up on the return and we patched things up. He gave me another free round trip to use where I wanted for the inconvenience. Trip 2 - to airport was in eventful except the car smelled badly like cigarettes and something to cover up cigarettes. Return my flight arrived at 5:55am, called and got VM. Called at 6:05 and got VM. Got call back at 6:11 saying that driver was 7 minutes away. I called him at 6:42 and he said was 7 minutes away and disputed that he said 7 minutes in the first place. Bottom line, If you are a limo company, you are NEVER late. And if you are late, you give ample warning that you are going to be late. $150 + $20 (gratuity) + $20 = $190 for 2 one way limo trips. Not exactly a great deal. Then of course in true Bobby fashion, he called 4 times and then left a voicemail telling me all the reasons why I was wrong to be upset. Unprofessional. Do not use.
