The van was so high that I had to get my own step stool so my parents could get into the van. This put a damper on the whole night because we had 3 hours of time in the van and wanted it to be in a fun party bus where I could see my family's faces. A 50 passenger and 24 passenger vehicle was required at each hotel, arriving at 3:30 PM and departing at 3:45 PM. On the Wednesday before the wedding M&M called and confirmed. However, the next day they called to tell us both 24 passenger vehicles were unavailable due to maintenance. By Friday morning they had no solution, so we had to scramble and pay a local shuttle $1,000 for an 18 passenger van and ask some guests to drive or Uber. Two hours before the scheduled pickup we were told a 50 passenger bus wouldn't arrive. Now we were in panic mode! After we demanded a solution, they were able to substitute another 50 passenger bus that had to leave 15 minutes earlier, forcing us to notify guests and adjust plans. The stress and last minute chaos ruined what should have been a celebratory day. If M&M can't reliably staff events in Champaign, they shouldn't accept work there. Return service in the evening after the wedding was also subpar. We expected professional contingency planning and timely communication -- neither was delivered. 2 days after the wedding, I emailed their owner Mike and have not received a response. We did get a call from their account manager Freddie. He assured us that a customer service member would be in contact. That never happened. It was a very disappointing experience!

To be honest it was still a little expensive considering they were driving from Wilmette to Northfield to Glencoe, but less than the other: $840 for a 3 hour minimum for a party bus of 28. We also didn't need it for the entire 3 hours, but the options I found were either one way or 3-4 hour minimums so this was the best deal. I found their communication to be stellar both via email and text. The bus driver was on time and the kids had no trouble locating the party bus when they came out of the dance and I've heard it was one of many party busses. A few of my daughter's friends hopped on for the way home and commented that this bus was way nicer than the one they took to the dance from another company. Overall, it was a success. The parents could have easily driven these kids ourselves, but the party bus elevated the experience and the kids all seemed to enjoy the VIP treatment.

We specifically selected and paid for the larger trolley because the smaller one would not accommodate our group. However, on our wedding day, the smaller trolley arrived instead. As a result, our entire wedding party had to squeeze in, which was especially uncomfortable while wearing a large wedding dress. What was even more disappointing was the company's response afterward. When we contacted Dan to explain what happened and express our frustration, he showed little concern and responded rudely rather than acknowledging the mistake or trying to make things right. Transportation is one of the last things couples should have to worry about on their wedding day. Unfortunately, our experience with 312 Limo added unnecessary stress, and because of both the service we received and the lack of professionalism afterward, we would not recommend them for a wedding.
