They get two stars for being willing to come out right away and hydrojet a conduit. The problem came when the same conduit clogged again twelve days later on a Saturday. They said they could put me on the schedule for Monday, by which time the pond would have overflowed and destroyed our lower yard. Six hundred seventy five dollars and I'm back where I started, then they tell me I'm on my own. Do not recommend. read more

Bob and Jake showed up at exactly the time they said they would. The issues with our showers was fixed almost immediately, and the gentlemen were professional and friendly all the way through the process. I wont be looking anywhere else for plumbing issues, and when my next plumbing project comes up, I don't need to look anywhere else for who's doing the job. I definitely want to write a review for this company. I called about a clogged toilet and worried how long it would be, as I figured being a Friday would be late. Bob & Ryan showed up minutes later ready to fix the problem. Excellent work, friendly guys and I will not hestitate to recommend them to do future work to my friends. Worth every cent we paid and don't want same problem in the future but if I do have a problem they would be on the top of the list. Thank you so much. read more

So after breaking a riding cutter head off in my line they decide to leave it there in return causing another back up in my basement. Then when I call them to come and remove the cutting head they use another cutter and break off a line on their cutting head and leave their line in my sewer and tell me that I need to dig up my line to remove their equipment. And referred me to another company to fix the issue because they do not do that. DO NOT CALL THEM!!!! read more

These people must filter Yelp to hide all their bad reviews because I just wrote a negative review and the history is wiped clean or filtered. Right Choice Rooter Service LLC over charged me, and when I complained only after many phone calls they finally conceded and refunded a 96.00 over charge. The Price Quote was 140.00 per hour with no travel time and broken to quarter hour increments. They were on the job for about 45 minutes and the final bill came to $330.00. less refund of 96.00 the final bill was still $234.00 and not $140.00 at 1 1/4 hours so the bill should have been about $175.00 plus tax. It was explained to me like this: #1 They arrived at 4:23 PM. (Remember now that the people on site said they were there for about 45 mins.) I received a phone call at 5:33 explaining the completion and final billing. Now, 4:23 to 5:33 is one hour and ten minutes. Broken into quarter hr. increments 1 1/4 hours. (They said that between the arrival time of 4:23 and 4:30 was 1/4 hr.) then from 4:30 to 5:30 was 1 hour. and finally the last three minutes to call me was another 1/4 hour for a total of 1 1/2 hours or double their actual time of 45 minutes. It was then explained that they charged for an extra man 65.00 per hr. There was an extra man alright, but the person never entered the house and just sat in the truck. When the lady called to tell me that they were going refund 96.00 for the extra man she asked me to never call them again!!!!!!! As if they were doing me a huge favor by agreeing to a partial refund! She then called me again asking me to remove the bad review and I said that I would wright a follow up review once the check cleared. She then said that they contacted their attorney to sue me for slander. Well, Guess What? You can't sue someone for telling the truth or facts on a review! I would never use these people again and just let it go as bad experience with WRONG CHOICE ROOTER SERVICE LLC! read more

Right Choice has been an absolute blessing. We came home from vacation to find water on our first floor pouring through the ceiling. We called and they were on site fast. The problem that caused this was our water softener drain had clogged causing the water to spew from overhead. They opened the drain line and took are of the issue the price was fair and service was prompt! ABSOLUTEY RECCOMENDED!!! read more

I contacted Roto Rooter and was met with an automated message and elevator music. I quickly hanged up and contacted the next company on the list, G&G Rooter. Kory answered the phone on the first ring. I gave him a brief description of the issue and provided him my address. 5 minutes later Kory was at my door. 20 minutes later the problem was fixed. Kory rooted my sewer main which was clogged with a toilet paper. he also cleared a plugged floor drain and replaced the access cap Kory was very knowledgeable and provided advise to prevent a future issue. the bill was reasonable too. about $200 dollars less than I expected.

Since I moved into my new apartment a month ago, I have been having a lot of trouble with the hot water. My landlord has tried her best to troubleshoot the problem with me, but we just couldn't get to the bottom of the matter. It got to the point where I was spending an hour boiling water on the stove and in electric kettles just to take a bath. This morning I got fed up and sent pictures of my current water heater to Ryan at Right Choice Rooter. Within minutes he responded, and in 20 minutes he sent me a detailed report on the year it was installed, it's life expectancy, capacity, and the make and model including the cost of a replacement, which was quite reasonable and much lower than I expected. With all this expert information to guide us, my landlord quickly came to the conclusion that the heater did in fact need to be replaced. She decided to go with Right Choice Rooter for the installation because of their excellent handling of this matter and their proven track record in the field. I have used this company several dozen times at my rental properties. They have always done a great job. Most of the time I am unable to meet them so they take care of the problem and clean up the mess as well. Every job they have done for me has been done right and the prices have been very fair. They always call me when the job is completed and give me the run down on what they found and what they did to fix it. One of my properties in Beloit had. A broken sewer line while I was out of town they put their camera in the line and were able to email it to me and I was able to deal with it while being out of town.
