THEY SCAMMED ME DON'T TRUST THEM! They charged me $82 when I was supposed to pay $60. Pedi ($40), jell polish ($10), and finger nail polish removal ($10). The husband couldn't care less. He filed the heck out of my nails. They are so frail I can't do my job properly. My nails are ripping because he file too much. He expected a tip and skipped the total for me to enter a tip and watched me. He charged me $82 . The wife defended him when he scammed me and told me I shouldn't get jell next time because it is expensive. It made no sense. Do not go here because they scam and will file heck out of your nails. Pros: They are a family-owned business and able to accommodate walk ins/same day appointments. Very cute, clean set up in an old house with ample parking. Very detailed and personable nail techs. Loyal clientele and they do tips/full sets which is hard to find sometimes. Pedicure chairs looked amazing, hoping to get one there one day! Cons: Prepare to spend all afternoon here, or at least a couple hours even for a fill in. What a amazing nails salon, the staff here is great and know what there's doing, my pedicure came out on point they remove my ingrown nails from my toe which was cause by different salon, but the massage was amazing when you just had a stressful day on your feet. I love the decor and the natural light. Sooo relaxing and a great space for a nice morning appointment. I never really know what I want going into nail appointments (too many options, and I'm sooo bad at choosing!) I went in with a vague idea, and told her what I was thinking - coffin, medium length, gray? maybe? But she took one look at my nails and said "You should get an almond shape. It fits your hands so much better." She showed me photos of some of her work and she definitely made a good point. Thinking back to other reviews I'd read, saying she had a great eye for detail, I put my trust in her 100% and was like, "Sure!" For context - this was REALLY tough for me to do since I'm extremely particular about nail work done on me. Certain shapes/styles, almond included, are tough to do correctly. I've left some salons after my appointment upset with the lack of attention to detail they had shown. But - I decided to toss the worry away and put all my trust in Trina's work. And wow, she's outstanding. My nails look amazing. She found a color for me that I absolutely loved. She took her time shaping, constructing the acrylic, smoothing it out, making sure every little spot was perfect. My husband and I were visiting and decided to treat ourselves to mani/pedis. this salon had good reviews that raved about the cleanliness and care this salon took. however we did not find that to be the case. we walked in and i wanted a dip manicure. I have an allergy to gel nail polish, so i alerted them to this first thing. I picked a glittery dip powder and when i had two coats of it on my nails, the woman told me that it would not be smooth unless we used a gel top coat, to which i replied that gel gives me chemical burns and i can not use gel - instead of warning me at the beginning of the service when i could have picked a different color. my nails turned out already after she had to buff them down to make them look smooth. my husband had a good mani and pedi by the man working there during this time, but his services were finished when they asked if i still wanted a pedicure, and there were two people in front of me so i declined. during our time there, i did not see them take any tools out of sterilized bags and there was a barefoot child that would wander through the salon occasionally to ask his mom (one of the workers) questions. my husband was pleased, but i found this salon to be disappointing, especially for the price we paid between the two of us. read more

I was out and about and stumbled upon this place based on the awesome reviews that it had. I went in and I was helped by Trina. And let me tell you she did not disappoint! She sat there and worked on my friends daughter and I for close to 3 1/2 hours giving us great service. The greatest part is that our nails lasted for at least a month! I don't have time to go to the shop every two weeks so I need to be able to go when I have the availability. She takes great care of my nails and I allow her to do what she wants to do which always result in excellence. I am really into the cat eye polish right now and she has some great colors. I found my pedicure place in the city. And it is Nail Club. I have no idea how long this place has been here, but you've driven past it, I bet, without realizing it was there. It's across the street and a little past all the Shops on Lane Avenue noise. Here are things I like to have in a pedicure: *a nice chair to sit in *proximity (ideally immediate proximity) to the person I come with if I come with someone *not to get poked or stabbed in the cuticles *a quality job even if I don't watch you the entire time (I'm showing my pedicure baggage right now, I know it) *silence. I know some people want to be talked to during a pedi. I don't. I came with someone else so I could talk to them or we could sit together in an experience. I like you, don't get me wrong, I just don't want to talk through the whole experience. *Not to pay a million dollars. Nail Club delivered on all of these things. It was a little bit more than my former go-to L&T, but only by a couple bucks, and now I don't have to drive 20 minutes away, so I'm sold. read more

Rough weekend + an even worse 'manic Monday' than usual = me being more than for a pedicure (both mentally and physically.) After a quick browse on Yelp and a few salon reviews later, I found myself calling Nail Club to see if they had open appointments. The big man upstairs answered my prayers and the next thing I know I was in my car cruisin' down Lane Ave. Walked in to an empty, quiet salon which was just what my head needed. They had a fantastic selection of different colors to which I chose a brown, fall OPI color. The technician I had was very nice. She was not chatty but made some small chat at times to be polite. The massage chair was fantastic and I have to agree with Christina's comment about the booty part of the massage, nice touch! (really, no pun intended!) Speaking of massages, the technician gave me a FAN-freaking-tastic leg and feet massage. Probably one of the best I have ever had, and I have been to quite a few salons in my day. I left with soft, dead-skin free feet with a perfectly painted polish. My wallet was also left pretty happy seeing as I only spent $30.00! Being used to Cleveland salons, this WILL be my go-to Columbus area nail salon. read more

I attribute this to wanting to keep waiting customers and turning them into paying customers. I go monthly but will be looking for new options after today. owner broke skin and made me bleed once and explained I had three ingrown nails. either that's true and their regular service hasn't been sufficient or he was needlessly careless w/my cuticles and made me nearly cry those three times. sprayed alcohol into my bleeding cuticle for sanitizing but it hurt like a mofo. owner used ungloved hand with bare long nail to clean up the finish on the nail polish which made me a little OCD about anyone's nail coming into contact with my still bleeding cuticle. male owner tries to be funny and sarcastic with customers but it somehow just makes me feel uncomfortable on his behalf b/c his humor doesn't land. read more

The only reason this gets three stars instead of two, is that the service was great and the staff were all super friendly. They did a great job on my pedicure, and it was nice to be able to have our entire party get pedicures at the same time. Now, the cons. The place needs to be cleaned better. The floors were dirty, the tables were dusty and dirty, and I am pretty sure that the foot soaking tub was not cleaned out from the prior customer's use. I used to love going here. The owners are very sweet, but the place would be dirtier and dirtier each time I went in. The nail tables and pedicure chairs have old polish and grime on them and the floors would be dirty as well. If they aren't cleaning the obvious stuff then what else aren't they cleaning? They did a wonderful job on painting and shaping my nails. However, they filed my nails so so thin that they are extremely flexible and bendy. It is very painful and I've been gluing fake nails on until a new nail bed grows in. I got the gel polish change for $30. read more

The ladies working in this salon are all very kind and friendly, they can do amazing designs on nails like ombré glitter and gems in really cool patterns. Also it is really affordable, only $15 for a basic manicure and my nails look great! It is a small salon but there were plenty of people working to take care of all the clients and make sure everyone was happy with their services. I came here about 2 months ago to get my acrylics removed and replaced with a dip mani. The nail technician filed my nails so much that had only half the nail thickness I used to have, and my nails just shred if I tried to scratch anything for months after. I am still growing out the damage. It took the nail tech 2 and a half hours to do my nails, and the end result was the wrong color (I asked for an opaque white and they were solid ivory colored) and they were bumpy and uneven, as well as extremely thick from too many layers of dip. Even with all the extra polish layers, the bumps from an excess of nail glue where he had adhered the tips were still visible on half of my nails. The only reason I am giving 2 stars rather than one, it because all the staff were very friendly, and my tech gave me a discount at the end because I think he could tell I was unhappy with my nails. read more

This place did a fairly decent job on my nails, I am very picky and they could have been a little better with the rounded tips but I can tell my dip polished nails will last a while and I am very happy with the color I chose. My nails where easily the best part, everything else was a mess. The place isn't exactly clean, there was another nail tech running around with a baby, another child came out of nowhere, someone came and picked up a dog??, there were two female techs who looked very focused and professional, but overall the place gave me anxiety and I had no interest in conversation with the male nail tech who kept making strange comments to others in the salon. It felt like I walked into a chaotic family home, expected to pay a decent amount of money to get my nails done. I will not be back. read more

Oh wow... Maybe I should have left given the fact that there was a barefoot baby running around and four employees with no customers during the day on a weekend. That's a big sign right there. The guy that worked on my nails talked non-stop about inappropriate subjects, subjects that should be talked about in a casual conversation. He was talking about cocaine and how I can hide my cocaine under my nails and if my nails tasted good since I bit them? He kept talking about how black people this and black people that. It was very awkward to sit there and have him work on my nails. I get my nails done by someone so that I can be in a relaxed setting and have someone get it done for me. I did not walk into this nail salon so that I can hear this man talk without a gasp for air. As for my nail job, that same day I had chips off my nail polish and bubbles in almost all of my nails. I was under the dryer for over 20 minutes too because my nail tech was busy playing with the baby that was running around the business. There were cookies on the ground broken up, dirty all over the place, baby running around, nail tech running his mouth, overall a mess. I will never return again. read more

I used to enjoy this salon, as I gave it a good review a while ago. However, the last two times I have been there I have left with sore nail beds and bleeding cuticles. The first time, I just took it as a one-off and thought it was the technician I had. I was wrong, as this last time I had someone different. Looking at a few of my toenails, you can obviously see that they were not cut correctly and are severely crooked. I also noticed there were some women who got started a bit before me, and were still being treated when I left. You can tell they are "regulars" due to their relationship with the technicians working on them, however that's no reason to get me out of there faster than them.
