Michael had stopped by our neighborhood and said they had experience with State Farm and other large insurance companies that often deny legitimate claims. He came out the day I called and inspected our home. He said the damage was both clear and irrefutable. IHR led us through the process of resubmitting our claim and it was paid in full by State Farm. it did take awhile for our roof to be replaced as IHR shares their crew with another company. They came out and did a great job replacing our roof. They did everything they promised and did it well!

The first week they showed up on a Wednesday and only cut the back yard. They left grass clippings all over the yard and did not service the front yard at all. They failed to trim the bushes, leaf blow the driveway and patio, or edge the yard. All of which were services I paid for. Unfortunately, this was the best experience I had with Carolina Pro Lawn Care and it only got worse from there. They were supposed to come back two weeks later and never showed up despite paying them $40 for the service. After ignoring my calls and emails for several days, I was finally able to get ahold of them. They said they didn't service the property because I had multiple dogs in my backyard. However, I don't have any dogs or pets on the property. At first I thought they tried the wrong house but they confirmed otherwise and said they would try again next week. The following week they did not show up again. I have reached out multiple times and they finally said there was a dog in my yard again even though there were still no animals on the property. I seriously doubt they even came by the property that day. At this point they have not mowed my grass in over 4 weeks. I had to cut it myself so I didn't receive a fine from the homeowners association. Carolina Lawn Care assured me they would be by in two weeks for scheduled service. As you can guess, they didn't show up again. I called to have them come out and they said they would come by on Wednesday instead. I waited at the house all day Wednesday to ensure there were no issues and everything went smoothly. As of 6pm, they had not come by and I was about to email them to see what the issue was. Right about that time, I received yet another email saying they had come by and my dogs were out again. Still not dogs on the property and my neighbors don't have dogs either. Its at this point I realized this company is nothing but dishonest. They will blatantly lie to your face and will look for ways to steal your money. If the weather is hot they will fabricate a story so they don't have to work in the heat. The customer service is horrible and I would not expect them to tell you the truth about their services. They will also refuse to return emails. This company is far from professional and I would recommend against using them for any of your lawn care needs. There are a lot better options with hard working, reliable workers. This company is full of liars and thief's. BEWARE!

I have been using their services for 4 years now and have had an awesome experience. They communicate with me every step of the way and when I had one small issue, (in 4 years - 1 small issue with any company is unheard of in my opinion) they immediately took care of it, no questions asked. There staff is always friendly and they do excellent work. Also the owners keep on top of things to be sure the job is done right and that I am happy. I highly recommend Carolina Pro Lawn Care!!!

I was immediately contacted by William Wright who was quick to quote, extremely professional and informative. I had neighborhood comps for houses the same size and was expecting the worst, but absolutely thrilled when they beat the norm. He even offered to check for storm damage that would help me with the cost through insurance, but that was not applicable. They kept in constant contact, keeping me updated on product availability, left samples and worked on my timeline. They started the work on my main house, and a small shop in the backyard, that was in Horrible condition with 2 layers of shingles,( at least 3" of thick moss and pine straw) at ~ 6:30am, and finished in under 7 hours, leaving my yard cleaner than it was before they started. I had some unforeseen wood damage, but it was repaired by wood that was worked into the quote, and would have been refunded had not been necessary. A substantial crew that got up all the nails, blew off all the concrete and left No debris behind. They worked closely with the delivery of the product to my house, and the unused portion was removed before they even left. One very impressive point was they stretched huge tarps to the eves to protect all my bushes and flowers. I even had iris in bloom that were still standing tall when removed. My roof Was 25yo and in desperate need of updating with a high quality product with a longer warranty than I will ever need. I could Not be happier with the results and new look to my home!!
