I found wasp nests under the ridge line of my roof and between the louvers of my home vents. Crew explained in detail what their service would include, including the removal of said nests and treatment applications. Kobe (the service technician) came to my home within 3 days and further explained the services including nest removal, spraying, and granulation, as well as why follow-up care is crucial. Even though I initially contacted Axiom, I was given the promotional cost normally given at door to door sales. Plus it was a better value in comparison (another company later posted to my inquiry at $649). No high pressure! Thank you Kobe and we'll be seeing you in 6 weeks!

I'm not a fan of having to kill anything (even a fly) so when I saw Eco-Pest control, I was hoping they'd be as humane and environmentally friendly as possible. Even though you really can't be humane or environmentally friendly with pest control. They offered me all of the options for rodents - please, for anyone reading this and for the love of everything good do not use glue traps - what an awful way to die. I only chose the snap traps, as they seemed to be the quickest and again most 'humane' method for getting the job done. Rebecca, my tech, showed up and she was AWESOME!! So knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. She did her inspection and found a few ways our little 'friends' were getting into the garage. She plugged up the holes around the perimeter of the house and then set the traps. They do a 3 week follow up (no charge) after the initial inspection and of course we caught 6 little guys. Rebecca came back three weeks later (still no charge), and there was nothing. She's been coming out quarterly ever since, and it's been over a year now--we're totally rodent-free.
