When you drop in, it feels awkwardly like walking into someone's private home. People use it for events- and that makes sense. It's an events space rather than a historic one. The people are friendly. It's historic, but not impressive. Yet we were stuck with a glass for 80$ instead. Transparency with customers is essential, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking during our visit. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope the business reevaluates how it communicates its promotions so other customers aren't caught off guard the way we were. After bringing our complaint verbally, we were told sorry and left to leave.
