What a stunning venue for a Napa wedding reception! Our friends got married at the Holy Family Mission Church a few minutes down the road then had their reception here. We started off with cocktail hour in the garden which was beautiful. The flowers were bloomed, there were areas of shade to get out of the hot sun, and you had beautiful mountain views. The tree-lined walk down to the actual reception spot was gorgeous. The walkway opened up to a wider space for the reception which was literally within a vineyard! The space had a DJ booth, bar, head table, 2 long tables for guests, and a dance floor in the middle. This is one of the most stunning outdoor venues I've been to for a wedding, I couldn't believe we were sitting within a vineyard where you could see grapes on the vines from where you sat. Bathrooms are a short walk back up towards the garden and into the event building. On-site catering services were good too, I had a salmon entree which was a bit on the small side but tasted delicious. my husband and I got married here on 9/16/2021 and it was spectacular. The venue is absolutely gorgeous that we did not need to have much decoration to make it stunning, really can't wait for all our photos to come. One of the best parts in picking this venue to host is that everything is all close together so there is no second location for people to travel to for the reception, it is all within walking distance and beautiful along the way. Not only that but there is so much items included in the price that it truly helps cut down costs of a wedding. Girls had a cottage for us to get ready in which was so cute and well lit for photos. Loved the mimosas we made while getting ready. Additionally, they have their own catering so you don't need to hire another vendor and its not like "ugh I'm stuck with their cooking" cause the food is delicious! We enjoyed their staff so much, everyone was very sweet. Everyone keeps raving about how amazing Chef Nash was at explaining the mozzarellas at the live demonstration and how good it was, my signature drink (strawberry mint basil collins), BACON BAR--yum!!, and how amazing the bartender, Michelle, was especially when there were like 18 out of 27 adults getting shots. Btw if that bartender reads this, please send me a message cause I would love the videos you took as well :) Alo was very sweet too. Chef Nash- you're food was so good and I wish I could've taken all the bacon to go with me. Also my step sister said "the mozzarella was life changing" and my brother said it was the best he's ever had. We chose Tre Posti as our wedding venue because it ticked so many boxes for us: beautiful outdoor spaces to flow between, an indoor space for dancing until midnight, in-house catering, the on-site bridal cottage, many options for photography, and a great location in St. Helena. Our wedding was amazing and our guests loved being on the Tre Posti grounds! The food was also a huge hit. We unfortunately had some difficulties working with the on-site event manager. Details of our menus and event set-up were regularly dropped or altered, and we had to review every version of our event order with a fine-tooth comb. It would have been very helpful if we could have used a more collaborative tool to edit and adapt our order vs. many PDFs with subtle differences. She was professional and ultimately the event went very smoothly thanks to her, but we wish we had a better experience along the way. However, the rest of the Tre Posti staff that we interacted with (especially the event staff!) was fantastic and provided amazing service. read more

We went to a wine event at Ehler's and these guys brought a full on pizza oven! Along with their amazing pizzas they also had two salads and the pizzas were nuts!! I've had the pleasure to experience this wonderful venue close to a dozen times in the past few years. What makes this venue noteworthy? For starters let me begin with saying the variety and versatility of this venue is amazing and very convenient. For those couples planning a wedding here, the vineyard setting is something out of a movie. Nestled in the surrounding nearby vineyards of Napa Valley is where this venue hosts it wedding ceremonies. With the sun setting over the Napa Valley mountains to the west and the walkway to this are lined with perfectly manicured cypress trees, one has to ask themselves if it really gets much better? Continuing on with this venues variety, there are many options couples have when planning their cocktail and dinner hour. For cocktail hour there is a rather charming garden area with fountains and home grown herbs and flower beds. This area is idea for bartender setups and close enough to the kitchen so that the very professional and accommodating catering staff can provide passed Hors d'oeuvre. Speaking of which, the food at this venue is otherworldly and I cannot recommend it enough. Dinner hour location options are plentiful! If you are in the mood for an outdoor dinner setting in the garden, that is easily accomplished! Other options for the dinner hour are the courtyard near the tasting room or dinner hour in the actual tasting room which both provide an intimate setting for guests and can be rather handy should inclement weather conditions be present the day of your event! Lastly, if you are planning a dance party/reception, I can't recommend the tasting room enough as the best location at this venue. With a beautiful dance floor and amazing full bar, this area truly has all the ingredients to make for an outstanding dance party enviornment! If you are in the market and looking for a place to host your next wedding, corporate event or private get together, you would be well served to consider this venue as very serious option! I should also mention that the convenienence of this venues location can't be beat. They hosted our wedding recently and it was FABULOUS! Top notch service -- the food first of all was delicious and seasonal, our guests couldn't stop raving about it, and then everything went so smoothly as the food came out, we didn't get any complaints. The servers were all professional and well-mannered and attentive. They knew who to serve which dish to, we had a couple vegetarians and vegans. The venue is also GORGEOUS -- beautiful winery in the background, beautiful charming garden, I was so happy on my wedding day! There's the added benefit that all the events are contained in one place, my photographer/florist were happy to hear that as there's less to move around. Very easy to work with and easy to communicate with them up to the event. The Tre Posti Team set up the hors-d'œuvre station very beautifully. I was impressed that the shrimp and oysters tasted so fresh (as if caught that day), not one hint of fish taste/smell. The event team were so kind, professional and attentive to all the guests' needs. When the plated dinner was served, the salad veggies were fresh and the dressing was refreshing. Our guests had grilled salmon or braised short ribs. I had the short ribs... OMG, imagine soft, super tender, falling off the bone short ribs. "BAM BAM BAM!", Emeril Lagasse would say. We had a Spring wedding here and the vines were just starting to bloom, the weather was nice and we were able to enjoy each of the different locations in the venue. We had our ceremony in the Vineyard area, cocktail hour in the garden beds, lion dancing in the garden, dinner in the courtyard followed by dancing in the harvest room. Never felt so disrespected. If I could, I would give them half a star for half effort. I contacted Tre Posti about my wedding inquiry in December 2021, where I was in contact with Erica, Alondra, and Amy. I instantly loved the venue and had high hopes that I would be planning my wedding here in February 2023. I took a tour of the venue with my fiancé and two friends on February 26th, 2022 with Amy and I was super excited, however, I have not received any follow-ups from that day. I have sent multiple emails, called, left a voicemail, and yet no one has responded or even contacted me back. Wedding planning is stressful enough and the fact that the venue I had hoped to book with is not answering any means of contact, this doesn't sit well at all. You have so many different beautiful spaces to utilize. Getting married in the vineyards, in my option, is the most beautiful back drop in the Napa Valley. Dinner outside under the bistro lights is another favorite spot. Not to mention, it is one of the few venues you can dance until 1am in their Harvest Room (which is very rare in the valley). So disappointing. I had heard amazing things about the food and the venue itself. It is located next to the road 2min away from an A&W. Once you park you can see the beautiful scenery but thats it. Me and my fiancé drove from LA. We had an appointment 10/15 @12:30pm Saturday with amy. We had made the appointment a month before. The email did not give direction on where to meet for the tour. We got to the location @12pm we had seen a couple getting a tour so we assumed we would be next. We walk to what we saw was the office. We notice its being used by a bride getting ready for her day. We dont knock because in my opinion it would be rude. We are confused on where to even go so we check the email and see a number so we call no one answers we leave a message. At this point we walk towards were we saw the couple go with the tour guide and wait around that area. We see the couple walk off but don't see the guide. At this point its 12:35pm we decide to wait til 12:50pm. The guide looked at us and walked the opposite way. We wait a little longer hoping to get a call back. Nothing. We get in our car driving away and we see the guide walk to the office. We wait around town just waiting for a call we get lunch go into a shop its 2pm. We struck up convo with the store owner and his telling us how amazing tre posti is we tell him what happened to us. His shocked calls up the owner and leaves a message lets him know of our situation. Store owner who called asks for our number to give to his friend the owner of tre posti. But we haven't heard anything. So if you plan to check this place out... be cautious this to be was a great picture of what their hospitality is like. Our time was wasted and time to me is valuable. Today we went for our first Jay adventure in many months. With our masks in hand, I took my family to St Helena in Napa Valley to try the food at Tre Posti where they are cooking in their parking lot. My son and I had their BBQ beef brisket and pulled pork sandwiches with fresh cole slaw and red potato salad. My daughter went with their cheeseburger and My wife with a hotdog and duck chili cheese fries. Oh we loved the food. Only wish they would have had a pasta dish or two to sample from their menu. Tables on their patio were social distanced so we felt safe sitting down. They also had their grass lawn available for sitting for eating. The staff was masked as were most people....some ignorants had no masks. Tre Posti did it right compared to several other winery restaurants where crowds gathered with no masks and close tables (would never stop at any restaurant that ignored COVID-19 safety measures). That was our first trip for our kids to Napa so they enjoyed the hour ride to St Helena. read more

We recently got married at Treposti (4/23/2023). the venue is gorgeous! just naturally splendiforous. The bridal cottage recently got a face lift and was very nice to relax in and use the day of the wdding. it was big enough to house both wedding parties and our parents and siblings come photo time. The staff like Amy were very helpful and accommodating. Any tweaks we needed were able to be done. the other staff were great as well. right down to the bartender, dinner servers and those bringing us breakfast and lunch. very kind. the food was great. my family's whole life is centered around food and wine. so naturally we needed good catering. the food was delicious. I loved every bite. I won't go into every food item bc I would be listing like 10. but the standpoint for us was the sage rabbit parardelle pasta. just divine. honestly for the price, location and service treposti is far above any winery in the Napa and sonoma area. read more

My son got married here in May 19, 2022. The grounds are beautiful and they have a lovely cottage for the bridal party which I was excited to be a part of. The wedding planner was involved just enough to keep everything going. The wedding was overlooking their beautiful vineyard and appetizers were served on the beautiful grounds next to the bridal cottage. We had a mozzarella station, passed appetizers and an open bar. Guests then move to the outdoor dining area complete with a fire place and bar area. The food, for the most part, was yummy; I had the pleasure of accompanying my son and his fiancé for the food tasting to determine the menu and it was so fun and flavorful. Unfortunately, the Ferro dish we loved and chose was not prepared the same as it had been at the tasting. My son and I were a bit disappointed about it but the night moved on and everything else was yummy. The couple decided on a family style service and everyone enjoyed the food. The indoor dance floor and bar were wonderful and my hubby love their decadent coffee. The service was fabulous and on point. Never saw the catering tent----but somehow they created a gourmet meal to rival any..... appetizers, salads, seafood, tri-tip, veggies all prepared to perfection-----and then served at the tables!!! Tre Posti was a fantastic vendor for our 85 person wedding reception at Merryvale Vineyards, nearly across the street. We had a vision to serve family-style Italian food at our wedding and felt so lucky to find Tre Posti who perfectly executed our vision. Working with Amy and Chef Nash was great - they were flexible, responsive and actually implemented each idea (we mentioned brussel sprouts to Nash and sure enough, they appeared on our plate. We asked for pocket folded napkins and that's exactly what we got). They were organized and the food was delicious. We had 3 trey-passed appetizers and the hand pulled mozzerella bar (a show stopper for all our guests!) For dinner we served chicken with mushroom sauce, rigatoni bolognese and butternut squash ravioli. For dessert Tre Posti rolled out an incredible gelato bar that everyone loved. Northern California, Wine Country is teeming with beautiful venues and chock full of talented chefs and the choice was a difficult one. After careful consideration and review of our exhaustive notes, regarding each venue's strengths of culinary excellence, staff experience and dedication, the seasonal flora expression of each location, vistas, and a lengthy litany of other evaluative measures, we confidently chose Kimmie Husted and her terrific team at Tre Posti Events and Catering in St. Helena, California. Boy, were we pleased with that important decision. From our first meeting to discuss rough parameters of our wedding, Kimmie set out to not only accommodate every request we made, but immediately eased our stressful take on the planning of our event. At every turn, she and her talented team, provided inspiration via invaluable ideas that would ultimately prove to be extremely, thoughtful and memorable. As is probably the case with most weddings, my wife and I, had many minute details that we wished to be executed on our wedding day. From guest arrival, bride and bridesmaid preparation in the property's cottage, ceremony, bridal party photos, passed hor d'oeuvres in the lovely adjacent gardens, exquisite plated dinner, coordination with the band regarding 1st dances etc., to the cake cutting and every other aspect of a flawless wedding day, Kimmie was happily there, to insure everything went smoothly. It truly seemed that she was always nearby, when we needed her, but somehow remained inconspicuous, at the same time. She obviously worked extremely hard to make it look so easy and seamless. My wife and I have discriminating tastes, regarding, food and all things hospitality and found the culinary offerings and the service standards and all around warm geniality, put forth that day, to be of the highest caliber and look forward to utilizing the abundant offerings of Kimmie and Tre Posti for future celebrations! Our wine club had a lunch event there for 60 on 7/15/16 and Nash Cognetti (long time head chef from Tra Vigne) and his team dazzled us. I had a hard time deciding whether the grilled shrimp wrapped in pancetta or the made-before-your eyes Mozzarella on crostini toast points was the better appetizer---had to go with the mozzarella in the end because I was able to talk with Nash while he was preparing it :).
