Hank also generally seems to be a pleasant person. When there was a mistake in the number of items in my order, Hank offered me a refund on the missing items. He also removed a mistaken charge on my order when I brought it to his attention. If you are a church/school, he will also give you a slight discount. However, I personally will not be using this company again because of the level of frustration I experienced due to the lack of communication that made me unsure up until the last minute if my order would be completed on time. I did not get a quote on pricing and confirmation on my order until the morning of my event despite attempting to finalize it about a week before. Because of everything being so last minute, I missed the fact that the wrong logo had been printed for half of my order (something that is partially my fault because I did confirm the final proof but was focused on a different mistake being fixed, and I thought I had listed the name of the correct logo file on at least three previous emails). The order was completed despite the rush, but left me in a frazzled state in the days leading up to the order. To me, the frustration and anxiety was not worth it.

Upon arrival, the facility did not initially appear to be a professional business location. The parking arrangement and exterior setup were confusing and made it difficult to determine where I was supposed to go. Once inside the building, I found the lobby and common areas to be noticeably unclean and in need of maintenance. The overall condition of the property did not create a professional impression. The building layout was also confusing. The signage referenced both Suite 1 and Suite 100, and the business appeared to occupy space on multiple levels. After reading the instructions posted on the door, I called the number listed as directed. It was only about two minutes before my scheduled appointment. The representative instructed me to wait in my vehicle and then meet him at the entrance. I misunderstood those instructions, as I assumed that by the time I walked back to my vehicle and returned to the door, my appointment time would have arrived. As a result, I remained near the entrance rather than returning to my car. When the representative arrived, I explained the misunderstanding, but the response felt unnecessarily abrupt rather than simply clarifying the process. While I recognize the confusion was unintentional, the interaction immediately made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Once inside the office, my concerns about the professionalism of the location continued. There were no other employees present, the office itself appeared unclean, and communication throughout the appointment was minimal. Additionally, the representative's pants zipper was unfastened during the interaction, which was awkward and further contributed to what already felt like an unprofessional environment. Taken together, the condition of the office, the lack of professionalism, and the overall interaction did not inspire confidence in the services being provided. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and far below what I would expect from a vendor providing fingerprinting services. Between the confusing location, the condition of the building, the poor customer interaction, and the overall lack of professionalism, I would not return to this location and would neverrecommend it to others.
