Each company told me that they'd NEVER allow another individual (other than the owner, with proof of ID) to gain access to a car on their lot without written (even notarized) consent. Drivers were helpful/professional in my experience, but I'd never trust my vehicle to these people (especially if it's going to their lot or you're having to deal with their office staff). I'm telling you, avoid them at all costs. Something is not right with the way this business is being run.
