I gave Dallas until 5, it's now 7 & still no word. I went to Missoula & purchased a car 3 days ago. The car didn't even make it out of Missoula. He was working with me at first, willing to fix the car. But the transmission is slipping & I told him a trans service does not fix a slipping trans. He's not responding anymore. I'm just out my money & no vehicle. I'm a single mom who commutes 45 minutes to work each way & travels 3 hours one way for Dr appointments every other week & needed a dependable vehicle. I will leave reviews every & I plan on turning his buisness(s) in to BBB. But at the end of the day, I'm out a lot of money & no car. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from him. He seems honest at first but knows nothing about the junk he's selling. read more

Last weekend I got myself into some trouble and my vehicles was towed by this outfit. My truck was towed about 18 miles and spent 1 full day at this business. It was $944.00 to get out of impound. I called around and even other tow services in the valley couldn't believe that.They charge a whopping $125 every day your vehicle is there. I think they do this hoping you can't get your vehicle back so they can make even more money. This place is shady and takes advantage of people in a bad situation. I know if I had my choice I would go with reds or irons horse towing. If you want to save money and not deal with a shady business I highly recommend you don't use this scam artist read more

We were stuck with a flat on the side of I90 and called two other companies who were too busy to come to our rescue. I can't say enough how grateful I am to Speed's towing and David in particular. When the tire came off he discovered that the brake caliper mounting bolts had come loose. He towed us to the Dodge dealer. He called ahead and made sure they had the parts. About 6 months ago I rolled my truck and uhaul trailer during my move from Alaska to virginia. All the employees were very kind to me, but the owner really went above and beyond. He understood how stressful of a situation it was. He pulled out his own cell phone and dialed my insurance company and told me everything to say in order to make the most of the claim process. We had planned to make it over the Rockies that day but there was a winter storm coming. We were just going to ditch everything and keep going. He told us we may be able to get a uhaul box truck that the insurance would help pay for. And we did. We loaded up everything from the truck that wasn't broken and were able to make it over the Rockies just in time. read more

Today my daughters jeep broke down on her drive from WA to Havre - back to college after coming home for Thanksgiving. She was out of cell phone coverage and called us from a gas station 1/2 hour out of Missoula. I called Speed's and spoke to Dave, he quickly dispatched a truck to pick up the Jeep, my daughter, my son's fiancé, and a 70# Weimaraner without a second thought. He helped me trouble shoot finding the girls lodging for the night. Dave and my husband thought it was probably the alternator so then Dave suggested a shop and had the Jeep dropped off there and called the shop owners to ask that they get on it right away in the morning so the girls could get on the road. The driver dropped the girls and dog off at the hotel and patiently waited while they sorted and unloaded their belongings from the Jeep. Excellent customer service - I hope I never have to call again but I won't hesitate if I am stranded in the Missoula area. read more
