I bought a pair of pants too small - my fault yes…read more, but i told the store attendee that i needed a large in which she directed me to a section of the store and I chose 2 pair of pants she recommended. Came home to try them on (considering they don't have fitting rooms) , only to find out they were too small.. Plus the store uses numbers rather than letters, so i figured 5 meant large in their terms. Couldn't fit the pants (either pair) and kept all the tags - ALL of the tags and receipt.. Went to simply get an exchange in size the NEXT DAY (not a refund) so the pants were literally in new condition, and was told the tags need to be on the damn pants as in ALL of the tags on the pants - not just the price tags even for an exchange. "Well, why did you take the tags off?" Because clearly I keep the tags on all clothing after I buy it. So just to say.. don't shop at this store if you're a regular person who hates the way dozens of pieces of paper on your back feels and you'd like an exchange or refund. Alongside - 40$ for 2 pair of pants with a shitty refund policy isn't great for business.

At the register I told the girl the tag had fallen off and she was like "oh I just priced and labeled that today" but couldn't remember how much and wouldn't believe it was $15 like we said. So she texted the owners and they said the skirt was $25. We found the tag that was originally on the skirt saying $15 and they refused to honor the price they had LABELED on the skirt and instead upped the price because they didn't believe the price tag was the one they'd placed on the skirt. Regular "thrift" stores are WAY nicer. Girl at the register with the blue hair was insanely rude. Honestly not worth the hype, prices, or items they sell. Go ANYWHERE else.

It's boot heaven. The staff are so so so nice and attentive. They made sure the boots I tried on were comfortable. I can tell they are most concerned with the comfort rather than a sale. I really appreciated their assistance. Update: after the boot was stretched in the store, it went back to the uncomfortable boot pre-stretch. I called and the woman asked if I wanted to exchange the boots and to bring them in. I brought them back and they said I couldn't exchange them because the bottoms had been scuffed. Less than 12 hours in and I'm stuck with a pair of boots that I can't wear. I would recommend this store to everyone looking for a stylish comfortable pair of boots!

This is an interesting thrift store. Let me start by saying I've not yet taken time to browse…read morethrough their clothing so I can't speak to that but I do believe the sales that are advertised are for clothing as those are the different colored tickets whereas home goods and other things get written on with an oil pen so there is no color differentiation. I've been here 3-4 times now. As with all thrift stores the pricing can be hit or miss. I've been able to find a variety of interesting things for my home for a great price but have also looked at unbranded, generic glasswares that are priced at $10 ish for seemingly no reason at all. Some of their vases for instance are very basic and priced high. One thing about this thrift though is if you see anything that's out of the ordinary with pricing, their website gives you the ability to reach out about that so it can be addressed. All 3-4 times I've been, I left with a bag so I do believe there is a lot to be found. When I was reading on this thrift, it seems they get their donations from purchasing their inventory. They also appear to help lots of different causes. It feels like a treasure hunt but I can see where it can be overwhelming for some as it is densely packed with many many things. If you want to browse, I really recommend you visit. It's a lot to dig through and I find it to be fun and relaxing.
