An employee disregarded my parental instructions and pressured my daughter to try on inappropriate clothing sizes while making hurtful comments regarding her body image, specifically telling her she needed to "lose 15 pounds." Furthermore, staff provided age-inappropriate clothing to an 8-year-old child in our group and encouraged her to model it in front of adult male spectators. This occurred despite my specific instructions to the contrary. When a male adult was asked to leave, employees instead encouraged his presence, creating a highly inappropriate and unsafe environment for minors. As a registered nurse specializing in pediatric emergency psychiatric trauma, I recognize these actions as psychological harassment. This experience triggered a severe anxiety attack for my daughter and has resulted in ongoing depression and social isolation. The interaction occurred in a co-ed dressing area where staff actively encouraged male patrons in their 40s who were not purchasing items to observe, compromising my children's safety and privacy. I have recorded evidence of these interactions and will act accordingly depending on your response with this information and willing to assist amicably. However, I have a duty to the public and act and respond like a prudent and competent nurse. It's an easy thing for me to address but understand the company would never support those employees choosing to represent crimes against children and respected professionals. I am requesting a formal review of this incident and a prompt explanation of the corrective actions being taken. Their selection was very nice here. They had the pullover shirts, button-downs, cargos, shoes, loungewear, and more. The sales lady introduced me to more brands that I knew about and didn't know. The coach team examined the handbag and verify the purchase date to determine whether it will be complementary or a charge, prior to shipping. The estimated time of repair and return is within 6 to 8 weeks. I wish they had a notification to whereas when they receive my package from the store and when they complete it, and ship it back. Once the repairs is completed they will send the item back to your home address. I did enter in a request to require a signature at delivery. Because I definitely don't need them To leave it at my doorstep, when I'm away for work for a couple weeks. Plus this bag is no longer being produced.

There are some newer items in the center, but the other items along the walls are marked on sale, which they receive from the retail stores and resell here. Everything is color-coded. Items are decently priced compared to Lululemon right across, which is ALWAYS busy and too crowded to even walk the aisles. Vuori is more open. The quality of the fabric feels nice, and they have tops that are moisture-wicking or have built-in padding for women's tops. Their workout gear is great for running, yoga, and Pilates. There are 3-4 fitting rooms towards the back. I like the curtain detail to close for privacy and the rug, so you're not stepping barefoot on the cement floor. Excellent service. This was our first and last stop after walking around for what we needed (and then some).

For what it's worth, I am probably younger than the average JJill customer by about 25 years, but there really are some great options here for those in need of maternity clothes - plenty of tunics, dresses and pull-on pants.
