Bob came out to provide the estimate. He was professional, easy to work with, and, most importantly, took the time to listen to what I was trying to achieve and the concerns I had about the project. He was also able to get the work scheduled within the same week. I worked closely with Ron, who I believe was the lead painter on the job. He was incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented. I supplied the INSL-X primer recommended for fiberglass columns and discussed paint options with him. He agreed with the approach and helped ensure the project was done the right way rather than just the fastest way. The work took two full days and exceeded my expectations. The crew took great care to protect my brand-new porch, covering the decking and railings thoroughly so there was no risk of paint getting where it didn't belong. Rained pretty heavily on Friday and he reached out and said he thinks it would be best to reschedule for Saturday at 9am due to needing to possibly saw some pieces outside. Liked that he took the initiative to reschedule instead of taking a chance. Showed up perfectly on time on Saturday, all supplies ready to go. Told us he thought the work would take 2-3 hours- he was done in about an hour! Did a great job and you can't even tell the difference between the existing door frame and the new piece. Left everything in great condition and requested a broom so he sweep up. We also have a kitchen cabinet that cracked- and wanted to show him. He explained how we could easily and cheaply just fix it ourselves. So cool. Really nice guy who does great work- we will keep him in mind for future needs and highly recommend him!
