We were assured by the employee (possibly a co-owner) that the repair work was high quality. A week later, the clasp on one of the pieces fell off. I brought it back expecting them to stand behind the work I had already paid for. Instead, I was told it would cost an additional $75 to repair the clasp that had just failed. My advice to the owner: repair it correctly the first time, and if a repair fails almost immediately, make it right without charging the customer again. That's generally how repeat business is earned. The irony is that several other jewelry stores in the mall speak highly of this business and recommend it. Based on my experience, the craftsmanship didn't match the reputation. I came in expecting jewelry repair, not a subscription service.
