I do not even know where to begin to describe how great each and every visit has been. From my experience, generally the first visits to any office might be good but service tends to take the downward slide at some point. I am at four years later and they are still surprising me with the consistent level of outstanding service. Dr Ibsies is absolutely amazing and the staff is all wonderful and so very kind. I have been to many dental offices in my 28 years of life and I will never go anywhere else again. I have always been extremely nervous to go to the dentist as my past experiences were negative and painful. Since I started going to Smile Linn Dental I do not get uneasy or nervous, I actually look forward to my appointments! Somehow the Dr and staff have made going to the dentist into a positive experience and they really do take the time to do a great job each visit. I feel welcome and like I belong there, it is a really nice feeling. I cannot forget to mention the most important part! Dr Ibsies has fixed all of my dental issues caused by past dentists and has worked with me to get a great plan in a way that I can afford to reverse all of my previous dental issues. My teeth are finally where they need to be and I could not be more grateful. No more pain, no more fillings falling out ... finally a pretty smile that I can feel great about. It was important for me to get this work done ASAP but at the same time since I was pregnant I had to be extra careful and cautious of the dental work. I wasn't allowed to take laughing gas due to my pregnancy so Dr. S recommended other sedatives and I was able to take them without any harm to me & my baby. All the work on my teeth was done with extra caution and care. I didn't make the job easy because of my high anxiety and nervousness of too much work happening in my mouth but Dr. S was very patient, caring to my situation and he succeeded in fixing my cavities & pulling the wisdom tooth. My tooth pain is gone! I'm so happy my husband found Adroit dental and referred me to their office. My teeth have never been happier! Since then my husband and son also see Dr. Smirnoff and are very pleased with his work and attention to detail provide and how well they treat their patients. Their office is very clear on costs/discounts and insurance is verified prior to your Appt. so there are no payment issues /confusions later. The entire office staff is very kind and helpful to answer all your questions. I don't feel rushed to need to leave (they answer all my questions and take the time to explain any dental procedures) and I don't feel pressured to do any dental work I'm not comfortable with. On my most recent visit, I was very nervous as I had to remove my mask for the cleaning my hygienist, Shannon, explain how they would keep me and others safe and that she was wearing a mask and a shield to aid in protecting me. They also have ceased using the polishing machines they typically use as those spread aerosols which we are all trying to avoid right now. They do this by hand now. All in all a great cleaning during a world health crisis. I'll definitely be back I hope I will have had the vaccine by then.
