I parked on the street , the parking was full, came inside to check it out and was very impressed. The laundry mat is super clean , the price is reasonable , the washers don't smell , they have a variety of washer machines and dryers. The dryer cost $0.25 for 8 minutes. They have 50 and 30 lb dryers. The also have 60, 40, 30, 20 lbs washers and the regular small load washer. Prices for the washers range from $2.25 to $6.50 . The restroom is very clean and free. I didn't see any homeless or drug users. They have benches to sit outside and inside. It's very fresh inside the laundry mat and either the owners or the worker is constantly going around to sweep and mop. They are open 24 hrs. The daughter of the owner answered my questions , welcomed me for being a first time guest and even gave me free water. I told her that for me, the washers not smelling and being free of mold and lint is a big deal. I don't want my clean clothes smelling . She expressed that the family takes pride in keeping up with the property and making sure the prices are reasonable to keep their regulars happy . That speaks highly of the family. She tried to have me fix it by going into a out of order white machine to get towels out of it to throw it on the ground to cover the water - NO URGENCY And it can cause damage to customers inside , no one close enough to put up a wet floor sign. I also asked for a re wash on her behalf (4.75) because the amount of water that spilled out seems like they will leave a lot of soap residue on my clothes, which is not good for my skin. ( sidebar as a business owner myself I can stand to lose five dollars on allowing somebody to be redeemed for a malfunction on a machine that is completely out of date and not being close enough to handle the situation accordingly)

I hope management considers improving this, as access to basic hygiene is a reasonable expectation for customers.

Upon entering, the friendly attendant asked if it was my first time and if I had any questions. What really stood out to me was the cleanliness of the establishment. The floors, counters and especially the wash machines were the cleanest I've seen in a laundromat. On my second visit, I noticed the attendant wiping down the machines, inside and out. What amazed me was how clean the soap dispensers in the wash machines were. Usually there's a combination of built up soap and fabric softener scum and in many cases mold in the soap dispensers of the places I've been. Not the case here! In addition, every machine was in working order, the first time I've seen that. The prices of the machines are about the same as other places, maybe a bit higher but I'm a believer that you get what you pay for. I'll gladly pay a bit more for better service and quality. If you're looking for a nice laundromat, try Cc's. I think you'll be impressed by this place, I surely am.
